Friends staying there had ridden from Latvian border to stay en route to Tallinn. As a local, I showed them around town. On return before 11p.m., we asked for a coffee. Staff were hoovering up. Begrudgingly staff said okay and then to our amazement told us we could not drink the drinks inside, but had to sit outside as they were going home. Appalling service at the height of the summer season. Owners/managers should be aware that whilst the site is generally very positive service like this is what people remember. Staff cater for guests not the other way around. Cannot recommend based on this. 

Poor customer relations 

Nice and cosy hotel. Stayed wth our dog. Od you have any wishes, be sure you send an email for the wishes u have, because If you write those on the booking system (message to the hotel) you cannot get those  we asked downstairs and they did not ”get the message” just saying it doesn’t show here on the system. They Keep asking for the email. Rooms are clean, there is a hairdryer. Breakfast is continental type, there is everything u need.
Staff is ok, but the smile doesn’t get to the eyes. Did not feel that Wellcome. When leaving housekeeping Keep asking when are you leaving for 5 times, usually check out time is 12.00.

Cosy hotel near the beach

We really enjoyed our visit in Kurgo Villa and the hotel met our needs well. It was clean, price is reasonable, location is great, the pool was really nice for the kids and food is good. In the future if we visit Pärnu again, we will stay in Kurgo villa.

Kurgo villa

We had a lovely stay here with my family. The pool is great and rooms also, especially compared to the price that was very reasonable during the high-season of Pärnu summer. Breakfast was good and location is almost perfect between the city and the beach. Sevice level varies, some of the staff were very friendly and others not so much.

Great price-quality level

Very good peppermint tea, ask for it, they have it for mohhito somewhere! 
We only visited the place for lunch, food was delicious, service a bit formal, but i,m glad the waitress was ready to try out this custom tea, they don't offer it officially!

Tea time

Kurgo villa is small and cozy hotel next to stadium (perfect place where to stay if your husband or kids play football ), great place where to stay with friends or family. Hotel surprised us with very kind personal and perfect location. 

Great place

Maybe not the places to stay if you are vegetarian or vegan. There was one mushroom food and couple fish ones but thats it. Don’t recommend the restaurant. 
Nice clean place otherwise. Maybe could add couple vegetarian foods to the menu.

No vegetarian food

It's just a few steps from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown. Our room was small but enough for one night. What I didn't like at all was the carpet that's on the entrance to the building that houses the oldest rooms. I highly recommend removing it.

Good location

We stayed for one night in a double room in the nice refurbished old Parnu house building. The room was very nicely decorated and all the basic amenities were provided.

The breakfast provided a selection of savoury, sweet and fruit, which was very good. In terms of location, it is situated 2 minutes walk from Parnu beach promenade and around 15 minutes walk from the old town. Considering the above and price paid, it was worth it. 

Quaint hotel

Visited the hotel for two nights. Room was clean and cozy, very simple and quite small but it was well good enough for us. Service at the reception was always smiley and nice, we felt welcomed. The location was perfect in a peaceful neighborhood near the beach, yet not too far from the city center. I was quite disappointed with the breakfast: i didn't like the bread selection and some of the food wasn't that fresh or well flavored as I would expect. I also didn't like the coffee.
