The positive points: human-sized guest house very well located a few minutes' walk from the beach. friendly English welcome Good breakfast diversified that can be taken in a garden the negative points: very small room and layout that resembles what the economic hotel offers (cf first class,fast hotel...) and above all off price 110€ for 2 with breakfast Not worth more than 65/70€

Very expensive for the service rendered.

Nice villa hotel owned by friendly family. Spacious and fairly new rooms with efficient A/C. Pet are allowed in the hotel with no extra charge. Located almost next to the beach and ten minutes walk away from the town centre. Not the cheapest one but still good value for the money. Breakfast and free Wi-Fi included.

Cozy villa next to the beach promenade

We came here for two nights. The location is the main reason we chose this hotel: the villas. A nice house, comfortable rooms for two. Breakfast included. Close to the beach. Everything was very friendly. It was nice to live. The shower room was a little narrow. But it was my own size. There is a sauna, but we didn't go there.

It's a nice family hotel.

We stayed one night with great assistance from the Hotel friendly people. 

They arranged everything we needed including extra sleeping place. 
Breakfast is nice and until 10 clock. Easy for kids also. 

Location excellent by the beach. Just few minutes walk. 

Friendly people

The place is easy to find just if you use navigation program in your car. You should know that place is close to sea not to city centre. There are some places almost nearby to have lunch or dinner but you should be ready to have walk.
Staff is very friendly, even speaks just Estonian.
Breakfast buffet is very, very simple.
For me - place isn't cheap at all, really - close to be expensive.
Parking is for free but there are not too much space there.
There are no elevator in the building, shower is very small.
My room was spacious but as pets are allowed I found myself having problems with allergic reaction (as I am allergic person).
Would I recommend it? Yes, if you want to have place close to sea, if you look for children and pet friendly place.


Close to sea

The clean hotel with friendly staff and located close to the beach where you can find the general part of attractions.
Yet, after all these activities you can't sleep till the last guest of hotel (not only your neighbors) has taken the shower. You can hear everything (talking, moving etc.) and the water flow makes a terrible noise when comes through the pipes.

There is no chance for early sleeping

It's a cozy little guesthouse. It's a professional and friendly staff, it's cozy and bright rooms. I really enjoyed breakfast: hot sausages, cassava, two kinds of musli, milk or yogurt, sausage and cheese, juices. It's three minutes to the beach, and the house is away from the main streets, so the rooms are very quiet.

A quiet place to rest

A small hotel 200 meters from the beach in Pärnu has everything you need for a good summer vacation: the perfect location, comfort and very friendly and professional staff. Standard rooms are a bit small for a long stay for two people, but that's the only problem that this hotel has.

Lovely place in Parnu

Friendly staff, a dense breakfast. The rooms are cozy, the shower room is very small. You can plug the faucet and get a stream of hot or icy water. The walls of the rooms are VERY thin.
