Apartments located one and a half kilometers from the centre of Rovaniemi. impeccable, with absolutely all amenities. exquisite decoration. In addition to this, there is to be added more than a perfect deal by Hanne Mari. Attached to the price (for Finland), I find absolutely no point against it.

Inmejorables are the most important.

A spacious, very clean house, with everything you might need to spend a few unforgettable days. It has a sauna, a washing machine, a dryer for ski clothes... no shortage of details, even Christmas decorations! Precious. It is very close to the city center although you will need a car to get around. Parking included. In our case we built a house for 9 people and we were very well. The staff is very attentive and available for whatever you need. We would repeat without hesitation. I recommend it 100%.

Perfect!

A1, 4 adults, 2 young boys and 1 with a wheelchair. We had lot of space and inside was easy to go with a wheelchair. We had problems with our car, the boss Rauno was very helpful. Room are quite big and the situation is quite good. Worth of the price

The kitchen is connected to the hall, from which there is an exit to the veranda, which is very cozy, atmospheric and comfortable for family recreation. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator and oven, which makes it very easy to rest with the children, as opposed to the car park in the hotel, where there is only the possibility of cooking breakfast and not the possibility of cooking in the children's room. During the week the kitchen is connected to the hall, from which there is an exit to the veranda, which is relevant in the summer time of rest. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator and oven, which makes it very easy to rest with the children, as opposed to the car park in the hotel, where there is only the possibility of cooking in the morning and there is no possibility of cooking in the children's room. During the week the kitchen is connected to the hall, from which there is an exit to the veranda, which is relevant in the summer time.

It's a wonderful place.

Nice wooden cottages with 3 complete bedrooms, 2 toilets, a shower, sauna, complete kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, water cooker, coffee machine, fridge, washing machine, dryer and a special dryer for jackets and shoes. A great fireplace, bbq, wood and coals. There is soap for dishes, dishwasher and clothing available, there even are some groceries, kitchenpaper, soaps and toiletpaper available. 
The town of Rovaniemi is about a 30 minuten walk. If you like to walk to Santa Park, it is about 1:15 or 6km. The owner is very friendly and likes to give you all the information you need. There is a busstop in front of the cottage, but not for line 8, you need to talk a walk to the town or the crossroads on the left (about 15 min.). There is a restaurant for pizza, kebab and salads, 10 min on the right of the cottage.

Good location with very friendly staff and nice environment. Location is perfect, easy access to Rovaniemi and Artic Circle. Could recommend house for everybody who needs Finnish-style quality accomodation. Good selection of appliances. 

Cozy & clean, good value for money

This place has 2 bedrooms and a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a Sauna. It has a small fireplace that can keep you warm in winters. It is near to the city centre and you can easily walk the distance. We had travelled in the month of November 2014 when it had already snowed and it was white everywhere, frozen lakes and so so beautiful. The place is very well managed and everything is well taken care of. Excellent staying option and quite affordable.  We were 5 people, 4 adults and a child (11 yrs).

Cozy and very clean

We have just returned from spending the Holy Week in Rovaniemi and it has been a wonderful journey. We stayed in the huts Kotareitti Apartments and it has been an absolute success. We were given the hut B3 which has 2 bedrooms. Each of them is spacious, in one we had two beds and in the other there were three beds because we were traveling with our three children. There was space and cabinets to spare for luggage. The living room and kitchen are large and in one space. There are no details, there is a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwaves, nothing is missing. The bathroom is large and has a very spacious dryer and dryer. This last one is very spacious for drying the morning snowclothes if it has been dried. In addition, we have seen the early morning lounges where we can use the cleaners. The kitchen is a perfect place to put everything in the house.

Cozy and comfortable.

This cozy place has 3 bedrooms and a saloon and a sauna. We stayed as a group, 7 people. House is near to city center, you can walk easly. You can use the autopark and barbeqeu. House is clean and comfartable. The company answers your needs quickly.

Comfortable and bright apartments. There is a private free parking lot. It is 5 minutes by car from the center of Rovaniami. The apartments are cozy with a living room with a fireplace, a TV, a washing machine equipped with a kitchen and a sauna.
