Very convenient to everything, in 15 minutes on foot for example you are comfortable in the best place in ruaniemi city to see the aurora. Very clean, comfortable beds. They also have in a drawer in the kitchen an earplugs envelope. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Titles not physically present, but once he was finishing toilet paper, notified via whatsapp, in 15 minutes arrived. Possibility of depositing baggage before check-in and post check-out. Deposit of course not supervised. In the room I had a convenient place for my things. It is always open, so at night you can enter and exit at will for example in case of aurora hunting.

I had a great stay at the Arctic Heart guest house in Rovaniemi. It didn't feel like a hotel, but like I was staying with friends. The guest house is very trust-based and the kitchen that everyone can use is top! The highlight of guest houses and hostels is, of course, always when you have nice roommates and can exchange with other guests - which was the case with me.

We were here one night arriving late after a search for the dawn. The key was in the door and the room was clean and tidy as well as the bathroom. We didn't use the kitchen because we left early enough.

Beautiful place

The guest house is well located, a 3-minute walk from the center of Rovaniemi. The person in charge of the house is friendly and friendly. We had a large room, without bathroom. The room was not very clean: there was no cleaning inside the cabinets, on the night tables, on the floor... The bathroom is shared with the 3 rooms that are on the top floor of the house (where also was the dining room and kitchen) and have not been cleaned in the 4 days we have been there. Leave much to desire. The room is not cleaned, nor do they change the towels or bed linen. It deserves the penalty for the location-price ratio.

Appropriate but lacking in cleanliness.

Everything started as usual with looking for cheap accommodation options in the capital of Lapland. I chose according to the rating and the possibilities provided. What to say, wishes are taken into account and justified. The room was good, the bed was soft and fresh. The hostel has a normal kitchen, there is enough dishes and supplies. There are food shops nearby. There is a sauna, it is for an extra fee, but not burdensome. For its price and service, it is a fully justified accommodation option.

Not bad for a couple of days.

A very good hostel, well situated, walking to the city centre. The rooms are good and very clean. The toilets and bathrooms are also clean. The staff are hospitable and friendly. The possibility to leave the suitcases when you leave. Convenient and clean kitchen. Good atmosphere

The accommodation was very conveniently located close to bus stops. The rooms were clean, heated and well equipped. The kitchen and common lounge were nice as well.

Probably too many guests for too few shower/toilet facilities. And it would have helped if the clearer check in procedure and a contact to call if helps was required. We met a guest in distress as he was locked out of his room after using the shower as the room autolocks. He was stuck outside, desperately trying to reach the contact provided but didn't have a response for a good hour.

This made us quite wary and set our first impression.

Convenient stay at rovaniemi

The guest house is located almost in the center of Rovaniami, walking 10 minutes to the central square. This is very important, since the town is small but very scattered. Very cozy, quiet, just like at home. Excellent price. There is a kitchen where you can cook any dish to your liking. When you settle (midday 31 December) it was confusing to have no staff (all the rest of the time the boy-worker was on site), but as it turned out, this was not intended.

That's great.

Very low price for a good room, booked the room just 10 pm at the same night. Friendly staff who was up at 11:30 pm to give us rooms and present the facility. Clean room, shared bathroom and tidy kitchen to make your food. Easy going.

Great quality to price ratio

We spent a wonderful week in Rovaniemi, we stayed in this very central, very comfortable, fantastic, crazy, familiar and very fun guest house, run by the solo and number one, Kennedy, the president, who to the rhythm of his guitar strings, accompanies the moments in the house, giving even more atmosphere to this fantastic stay ❤ can't wait to come back ❤ see you 💚💜💙
