It's clean, comfortable, everything you need. The kitchen has a refrigerator, plates, dishes. It's very convenient and the price is reasonable. You can walk to the city center. Parking is included in the price. We rented a couple of rooms for two. Everything was nice.

A comfortable hostel.

There was a separate room. Yes, it's not a hotel, it's a hostel. And to make some fantastic demands, not serious. Clean, cozy. There were Estonians, behaved calmly and even remembered Russian, communicated, but a little drunk. To the center, (and what is the center in such cozy Finnish towns?) walked, basically you can get there on foot to everything.

Budgetary option

For 35€ for one night in a 4 dorms/bedroom I would expect more than what we had. 
I received a message around 4pm which tell me the password to enter in the building and told me where was my key and my receipt. So I though that no one would be at the reception when i will arrive. But there was someone ! When we arrived we presented ourselves and the receptionist seemed to do not care. We asked some advices about the activities which appeared to be wrong (thanks for the gain of time...). Kitchen broken and bathroom dirty. 
Too expensive for what we had. Will not come back unfortunately.
Wifi free but slow.

Staff unfriendly

I don't know if this is the case always, but when I was there, there were drunk and disturbing people from Estonia and a good gallery of otherwise weird people. Then the hostel itself, the browser was in Russian and the computer worked all in all poorly, text was lagging. Wifi worked some time, some time it did not work. The shower is built in such manner that the water makes a big pool on the restroom floor. Most people do not bother to wipe it. There were only two bowls in the kitchen. Hostel was clean, though, and the hostel keeper was friendly and helpful. Not only did the Estonians try to pick fight in the morning, they were really loud at night.

Drunk and disturbing Estonians?

Staff do not speak English as stated on website.  No staff onsite at any time. Arrived to find drunk men in common area who verbally and physically harrased me. On notifying staff was told it's not their problem and I should stay in my room. 

Unpleasant experience

It is a hostel, so it is also frequented by young people who want to have fun. Although everything is generally clean, towels and sheets are included in the price and quite close to the centre, reachable with a pleasant walk.

A good hostel

The accommodation was fine. The rooms are simple but well maintained. We traveled on Sundays. We received room number and code by text. Free parking is available. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city center.

Appropriate accommodation

The advantages for independent travelers: free parking, good internet, friendly staff who speak Russian. Everything is simple, no excesses, but clean and neat. The rooms are small, tight, and it's nice to sleep at night. The common kitchen has all the necessary household kitchens and dishes, as well as everything for tea and coffee.

It's fine, no special research.

We stayed at the hostel for one night. It was fine, we arrived late in the evening, and we met a girl who spoke Russian well. Clean. Kitchen, toilet, shower room - common, but it wasn't stressful. Guests were few, so the night was quiet, so the hearing was good. Parking is free next to the hostel. Rooms are small, wooden beds, two-story. I think it's expensive.

Convenient hostel for transit stops

Staying at hostels in northern Europe is always the best solution and in fact the Hermanni has proven itself to be so: numerous rooms, spacious rooms, several bathrooms, clean and orderly common rooms, quiet all night and free wifi. The rooms for two people are spacious and well ventilated, bright and isolated from noise. impeccable cleanliness and laundry included in the perfect price. The bathrooms, of course in common, are new and in excellent condition.
