Hotel 2 stars Not 4 as advertised. Poor service no restaurant hall only for breakfast. 
Dirty rooms and common areas . No refrigerator in room . 
TV has no international channels no respect for tourists expectations . 
Twin beds are smaller than usual and uncomfortable.
Never again returning there.

Dirty uncomfortable rooms

Despite a very pleasant reception. Old room. Horrible bathroom, mold on the glass door of the shower. Broken shower door not closing. No soundproofing I heard my neighbor snoring. When the common hallway was lit the light entered the room through the door frame. As well as the food smells that came through the mouth of the ventilation. Painting works certainly not finished in a few months..... see may be years! location not terrible.

In spite of a pleasant welcome

Why ask for a quiet room When I booked I was asked if I had any wishes to formulate regarding reservation I said that I wanted to be on the courtyard and not on the side of the road. Of course the arrival threw up on the side of the road so very noisy, room without air conditioning, so sleeping with the window closed.

Noise

The hotel is clean and welcoming. The room is not very large but has a small closet. The mattress is comfortable. The sound insulation is a bit limited but it is bearable. A single electrical outlet at the foot of the bed, it is better to plan for extension and multi-purpose. The bathroom outlet does not support a smoothie.

Just for the price.

When we arrive, the person at the reception tells us ah, little thing, tomorrow, from 7 to 6 pm, there will be no hot water, but that's fine! And if... unless without notifying the guests, with an arrival at 6 pm, it's complicated to do otherwise. Don't agree to offer us breakfast in exchange. The next day, after having breakfast one more time in the morning, we end up offering us a coffee... What!

No more than one night.

The nights are hot and the small room damaged.....the restaurant well the parking pa convenient if not the nice staff may the hotel is close to the business and it's okay I'll sell back a rent

Three cash from the hotel.

It was a dirty, secluded, poorly maintained hotel. It was a noisy night. I only stayed there one night before I ran away. The shower was dirty and the sheets doubtful.

What to Avoid

The reception staff is nice, but the setting is less... Hotel not very well located and does not give a clean look as soon as you enter the entrance. (Carpet not very clean and worn) The rooms are fine but not very large. A little expensive for quality and above all pay to park in the hotel's supervised parking lot.

The hotel is located about 4 kms outside the city centre next to a grotty housing estate. There are frequent buses into the town centre from just around the corner. A taxi back cost 13.50 Euro. 

The room was very basic and well worn. Not a good budget option. 

The staff were friendly and helpful but that is the only positive thing that I can say. 

The town itself is worth visiting but watch out for dog poo. It’s everywhere!

Bad location

We spent 14 euros total for a taxi to get there from the SNCF station.

We booked through booking.com, and it ended up what we had is just
reservation itself, which means the hotel choose the rooms for us as soon
as we arrived, so it took a while for us to checked in.

The check in desk is just near the kitchen, and we borrowed several
utensils from them.

The room is small and the wall is thin(not a big deal to me since I always put
on ear plugs while sleeping). But they provide us with towels, soap, liquid soap and a fixed "hairdryer"! 

The bus station is near the hotel (3 min walk), and it takes 10 - 15 min to the city center.
