The overall impression was very good, mainly because of the excellent kitchen and the perfect service. The head of the house was also very receptive to vegetarian special requests. After these great enjoyments, the rooms were all good, we had a suite with balcony mainly used only for sleeping. We found very good that it included packages with overnight and breakfast, including an 8-course menu with excellent corresponding wines at a good price-performance ratio. We will be happy to return to special days.

Top culinary class

We've been there many times. The rooms have been upgraded. The food is excellent. The service is very attentive. This is how you imagine gastronomy. Great. I had the big menu. We're happy to come back. Breakfast is good too.

Great kitchen and very good service

Friends and I had booked a two-day gourmet arrangement as a culinary accompaniment to a short golf trip. The arrangement included staying in a delightful little suite outside the garden with a small private terrace, a three-course market menu including corresponding wines on the first day, an eight-course apotheosis menu with appropriate wines on the second day. An absolute pleasure, especially because there were always small surprises from the kitchen in between.

Culinary highlight in a nice little hotel

Nice hotel, located in the center, public parking lots in front of the door and along the street side. One/one check-out is easy, very nice, friendly staff. The rooms are designed according to various themes and large enough. The room and bathroom are clean. However, there could also be shampoo for the shower gel. TV and wlan work well. Breakfast is ok, small buffet and à la carte is possible. You should definitely eat dinner at the star restaurant. The kitchen is highly recommended. Pleasant and further recommended.

A pleasant stay

The hotel is located in the center of a narrow street but... just in front of the church (being very quiet until 8 a.m.). The Ardoise room - which owes its name to the monumental massive ardoise sink - is spacious with a perfect Italian shower. The bed is a little soft. A very elegant perfectly cubic water carafe sits on the small table.

Perfect for a good night after a great dinner.

We were at a golf event in le Strasbourg. From the outside, we had a typical French look from the inside, very comfortable with a love of detail. We had a suite in the 1st OG, which we were enthusiastic about and very comfortable in. And then came the next highlight - dinner! We had chosen the five-course menu with wine. A great tasting experience framed with small greetings from the kitchen and excellent wine selection and very pleasant service.

Purely enjoyable

We celebrated the New Year with friends in Le Strasbourg and then stayed here. The suite was tastefully furnished and spacious, rooms and bathrooms very clean. The next morning's breakfast was excellent and plentiful, better the start of the new year could not have taken place. The price for the suite was reasonable, we would love to come back.

Accommodation at the turn of the year

We had the pleasure of going down to this hotel, to the base for dinner at the starred restaurant, we were not disappointed, we had the suite No.8 and what a surprise by the quality of the service, a suite with a parquet made of Chene, with the shower room open on the room, it is even in the parquet, rather Teck or exotic wood but very classy and original. Italian shower with a clay floor. We really enjoyed the result and its quality. Just a small note but not negative, there is just a small plate missing with a bottle and tea or available as well as a mini-bar, since we really wanted to enjoy ourselves during the parties, and we had an order from the reception who was directly recommended to us at the Champagne Hotel.

A very nice room and a very beautiful room.

On the eve of a hiking trip we chose this establishment which has a reputation for living up to our standards. A beautiful old-style room. Tres nice welcome, an on-site dinner offer and the happiness was perfect. Special mention to the foie gras and especially to the potimarron dessert questch a treat for gourmets' papilles 😀😀😀 BRAVO.

A Jewel to Discover

The hotel is located directly below the fortress and has a private, free access to the Jardin de la Paix, which can be visited directly from the hotel. Very worth seeing! The suite (#8) was very beautiful, stylishly decorated, clean and of new value. Unfortunately, only the balcony was not so attractive, as only separated by a 2m high dividing wall from the general terrace and therefore visible from the higher terrace. Overall, the hotel, however, makes a recent impression.
