A magical place near Agen Our stay for good reason makes us discover the perfection of the French hotel industry - a staff that cares about our well-being and is discreet so as not to saturate us.

When everything's fine, there's nothing to add.

Good address

You come home through a beautiful cedar aisle in the middle of an industrial area. The facade is beautiful, the rooms are convenient, the services can be a little expensive. But when you come home you immediately notice the total lack of service. Nothing is done to welcome or arrange the customer. The hostility is palpable. It's a shame, because the structure has potential, but the management and management are really poor.

Disappointing

Everything is perfect, staff, reception, room environment, swimming pool and restaurant (top kitchen and refined) It was a pleasure to be able to land in this beautiful castle, more than pleasant frame, calm and resting a great thank you for this good time to the whole team

It's perfect!

We chose this establishment because it is a castle, it is not often that one can have one to spend the night there! And then we had to make a step between the Lozère and the island of Ré, so why not here? The cedar-lined path that leads there is already a promise to itself, we would think in a film about the 18th century. The castle then appears and confirms the impression of having come to participate in a dancing evening in the mid-1850s... The reception is friendly, the room is large and well equipped, very comfortable. The carpet is unfortunately stained all over, but we understand that it is impossible to change a concern after the cleaning to find anything.

Surprisingly

Nice road and nice castle from the outside. Nice frame to relax. Nice backyard interior, it would be worth a little modernisation. Small insulation not terrible. You can hear the neighbours of the rooms, everything going on in the hallway and most importantly, there is a noise of sewerage, a kind of water flow... all night long. On the other hand, the bedding is very comfortable, sheets and bathroom are very clean. Dry hair to relax but you don't have to be pressed. A big bathtub and a big mirror.👌 Small heating. It's very nice. Coffee/coffee is available in the hallway.

The cost of the service

We discovered this hotel by chance, but we weren't disappointed. We got an amazing and original themed room in a castle but very well. A little problem when we got into the room, the electricity was not working but it was fixed in a few minutes by the staff. Nice, responsive staff. Breakfast is fine, we would probably have enjoyed a little more choice in salt, but in the midst of the pandemic with a limited buffet it was already fine. The only complaint I can make is at the restaurant level (no choice, only a menu). I hope that when the health situation settles, things will take their place for an establishment like this, which is very pleasant.

Great beating, pleasant reception, room with everything necessary, two beams, the internet connection from another time or it connects every time and having a unique menu at the restaurant (pity we're going out..)
