We went there for a little break in love for 2 nights and 3 days. Nice peaceful place beautiful bucolic garden decorated with taste and very romantic rooms overlooking the garden. Everything is clean. Beautiful smell of lavender everywhere. Comfortable litter. A nice little dej we took in the garden. Clean pool. Thank you very much to Jean Louis his wife and their daughter ocean for their welcome their advice and kindness towards us. Only a little bemool the common two-room bathroom and the absence of TV in the room but that didn't bother us. Thank you again. I recommend for a peaceful stop.

Lack of peace of mind

Our stay was perfect. A special thank you to Jean Louis and his son Kevin who welcomed us with open arms and who did much more than their duty to satisfy us. A great flexibility in arrival and departure times. Everything was super cute and clean, the room the bathroom the garden...full of small details made us feel at home. The room looked directly over the garden and the pool with a pretty exceptional view of the room. So breakfast was complete and very good and very pleasant in the garden in good weather. I am sincerely surprised that we can put negative comments after an experience like this. I recommend it without hesitation and hope to have the opportunity to return to it soon.

I hate going back.

I'm glad I didn't take the previous advice into account, which I don't really share. It's a nice room, in a nice house, with a very nice flowery and well-kept garden. The room is clean I insist. There is no TV (damage to addicts). The bed is comfortable. Only bemool: even if you choose the room with bathroom, the toilets are common, on the other side of the hall. Lunch is very nice (small, compact continental: no eggs, but fruits and yogurt). If it is done it is served in the garden. The owners are kind and welcoming, like their cats and dogs who can't get you too hot... We don't have a nice place to stay, but it looks like a nice, clean place to visit.

A very pleasant stay.

This review gives me no pleasure.  The owner and his daughter were delightful and very helpful but the accommodation was very lacking.  We were three adults sharing a room which was far too small and the third bed was a day bed with had not been made up but daughter cheerfully brought us a pillow and duvet.  The vase, silk flowers table were all visibly dusty.  Dead spider in curtain folds and mould inside wardrobe.  Bed sheets were patterned but not ironed and felt stiff and uncomfortable.  The floor had grass deposits in clumps.  The bathroom was shared with other rooms.  The toilet seat was wooden and looked nasty.  The whole room felt grubby.  Paint job was slap dash.  Shower head fell off.  Shower tray was mouldy.  The breakfast was sadly lacking in subsidence consisting of what is shown on the web site except for three we shared four croissants and one small bread roll.  Jams and butter. No eggs or anything else offered.  We paid £88 and I felt this was too much for this type of accommodation which wasn't even clean.  Other thing to mention is no credit cards accepted so remember to take cash otherwise you will have a journey into Vernon to find a cash machine.

On the plus side the owner made a resveration for dinner at les Bords de Seine, in Guyon which was very nice but a 10k drive.  After a long day at the wheel this is too far to travel.  

It's too isolated unless you intend the stay in the area.

We visited monets garden which was about 15 minute easy drive from here.
