Very uncomfortable mattresses, no towel to wipe out of the shower, very small room, friendly staff, for 80 euros a night I recommend another hotel even if it's a little more expensive

Disappointing

For one area of activity, this Accor Group F1 is not too bad, the quality of the industrial breakfast, staff with the free hand kit that follows his telephone conversation, towels are paid 3€; before this was included in the rooms The quality of the printing of your invoice leaves barely to be desired. When was it not understood?

Low quality first price

When travelling solo and looking simply for a bed and clean room, I often use F1 Hotels. Very basic, clean room, clean loos, basic breakfast.  Cups washed in sink in front of you -dried with a tea towel- bread in a basket for everyone to touch and pull apart, and not even a hand towel in the room these days.

I'll probably go again if I feel I have to.

What you see is what you get

Husband chose to stop over here on the way to Provence. He reassured me F1 was basic but clean. Maybe most are but this place breaks the mould. It’s dirty, in need of renovation and my pillow smells like a wet dog with a fag habit. Save your relationship - stay somewhere else.

Holidaying reaches a new low

First of all let's talk about the description of the establishment and its surroundings presented on this site. I think we don't live in the same dimension. This description has nothing to do with reality. The best of Champagne Chalons at your fingertips. Mouais is actually in a busy area with a few small mouth shops (but it doesn't fly high) Mac Do style cafeteria store, small brewery...I still think we're living in a bakery that makes very good quality products for breakfast that will spare you from taking the unmatched one from the hotel.

Notorious

We arrived at the hotel with a group of freinds for a break on the drive back to the U.K. from a ski trip. We checked in and went to the rooms and all of us turned round and decided we couldn’t stay. The bed linen had holes in it, there were shared bathrooms/WC’s  which we didn’t  expect and we also felt very unsafe leaving our cars outside in the car park. 

Upon leaving we could not find the receptionist to discuss the issues and booked another hotel in Arras and lost our payment.

I didn't believe hotels like this existed anymore. DO NOt BOOK this hotel!!!

Worst hotel I have ever booked! (didn’t stay as it was so bad)

This is an excellent place for an overnight stop, especially if you have a dog, which we do. We have stayed here before, but on this occasion noticed that it was looking quite run down and shabby; the terminal outside the hotel had been smashed, so was not working, but in our room, the bed covers on our bed, whilst clean, were worn to the point of having tears in them. We liked the new twin bed layout, as it seems to make the rooms more spacious. The hotel was quiet and the beds comfortable. The average rating is due to the need for some upgrading of the hotel and due to the bed covers.

Great value, but more run down than other Formule 1 hotels we've stayed in.

Like a sucker I came back here after a bad experience in April. It's convenient on a regular journey. This time the booking system didn't work - when I called someone they said wait until the hotel opened in 2 hours. I managed to proceed with the computerised booking system after a real struggle - and then it would accept any of my payment cards. Shameful attitude of staff and the systems don't work. Sleeping in a ditch is better

Is this worst hotel in the world

I mean, it's not the kind of hotel you have to choose to go to with your family, business trips and so on. The rooms are too small, there's no comfort for the bedding, a vulgar mattress on a board, so the fragile backs to avoid. The common showers and toilets in the hallways are getting old. As for breakfast, even though the price is very interesting, it's better to look at it first. The positive point is the reception, which does what it can. So, this last point may be enough to have a good opinion of this hotel, I don't think.

Mediocre

Hotel requisitioned to accommodate refugees, unpleasant and unpleasant in their eyes. Dirty mattress, hair and hair on the mattress, broken window, no thermal or acoustic insulation! Dirty toilets, stool traces on the sink, stinking. Poor room, except the mattress, spider webs around the bed, spiders on the summit, a strong smell of tobacco. A horror, we hesitated to sleep in our car!
