Use of the spa is reserved for persons over 16 years of age. Under special circumstances children under 16 may be admitted if they are accompanied by an adult. They can access the spa from 11:00 to 14:30 every day except Thursday, when access is from 19:00 to 22:00. For reasons of maintenance, the management reserves the right to close the pool. The Relaxation pool will be closed: from 7 December 2014 at 17:00 until 12 December at 17:00. Access to swimming pool is closed on Wednesdays from 10:00 to 12:00. Please note the spa opening hours: From Monday to Saturday: 10:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 pm to 19:00 On Sunday: 09:00 to 12.30 and 13:30 to 18:00. Pets are only permitted in the apartments, not in the hotel rooms. Guests are advised to make reservations for the restaurant. Please note that the Standard, Superior and Duplex apartments are available for check-in after 17:00 and guests must be checked-out by 10:00. The Hotel rooms are available for check-in after 12:00 and guests must be checked-out by 12:00. For bookings in the residence, please note that: For stays less than 8 nights, there will be no housekeeping service or linen change. A weekly cleaning will be done between day 6 and 8 for a stay of more than 8 nights. Please note that and end of stay cleaning fee will be applicable if dishes are left dirty and the garbage is not emptied upon departure. Breakfast is served from 07:00 - 10:00 Monday - Saturday and 07:00 - 10:30 on Sundays. Lunch is served from 12:00 - 13:30 Monday - Saturday and 12:30 - 14:00 on Sundays. Dinner is served 7 days a week from 19:00 - 21:45. The Restaurant will be closed only for the lunch on 24 and 31 December 2014. A 500 Euros security deposit is required upon arrival in the residence and applicable from July 22 to September 15 2014. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage and cleanliness inspection of the accommodation. A free shuttle service at fixed hours is available except during Saturday/Sunday, bank holidays and school holidays to Geneva airport â Eysins- Nyon, Rolle. It is limited to 8 people, reservation is needed, and it is subject to availability. Children are not allowed. The shuttle does not run on the following 2014 dates: May 29, June 9 , from July 21 to August 17, September 22 and from December 19 to December 31. Please note that the baby beds do not include mattresses, sheets, blankets and pillows. |
