Hotel in disrepair, taken 2 bedrooms one for us and one for young children that had to be changed (room door remaining locked and bathroom door not working) in the new electric switch hanging with spark when you turn on (fire hazard?)

At least: a hotel that deserves a big young shot. Obsolete shower curtain, cassee door handle, downed toilet that doesn't hold, rusty door frame. Tres poorly soundproofed, room door that squeaks, noise wakes up the entire floor from the start of breakfast. Hard to rest in these conditions. Disappointing breakfast, can be a choice for a buffet at will. Better to arrive at breakfast or you have to ask for the buffet to be filled with food or dishes again. Staff should be a little more dynamic and attentive to the needs of the clientele.

Disappointment

Very bad experience in this light-hearted hotel. Strong smells of cigarettes when entering the room. No cinder. Tiny shower with curtain that doesn't inspire anything clean. Mouths ++ dirty Robinettier with rigid pipe first price misplaced, not practical at all. Nauseating stained bath towels...!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We would have thought they had already served... We avoided. Cold home and shameful breakfast!!! No plate... then we put the ridiculous Viennese mini-series on a steamy plate. My neighbor takes the last cup for a coffee from somewhere else.

Horrible experience - Dirty hotel to avoid at all

Bit of a shocker. 
-mouldy ceiling tiles in the hall
-have to force the door to close it
-heating in the room doesn’t work 
-shower soap dispenser empty and not refilled 
-tap in bathroom constantly leaks 
-tv broken and remotes missing batteries and covers
-breakfast… what breakfast more like, no coffee, cereal but no milk. Some crusty pastries. that was is literally it…. 
I’m not normally one to be a Karen about these things but I have literally slept in Vietnamese hostels with better standards, by a long way.
Gave it a 2/10 as there’s a pretty decent bar/restaurant over the road Au Bureau. Also free parking.

Wise to look elsewhere

We had all the pains of the world to find the hotel. No sign, no sign, no indication, at last we went to do the prospecting on foot until we found an illuminated entrance (which looked rather like a service exit from a restaurant). There was a machine waiting for us where we had to enter our reservation number. This being done the machine makes a mistake and starts again (Windows page etc.) shortly after 3 attempts finally the holy grail: the room number and the code. However, no paper in the machine and besides it was not turned (the whole facade was open or closed).

I can 't do that!

Very clean hotel, comfortable beds, very good hospitality, very friendly staff and listening to the guests. The only fault is that this hotel needs a young shot, because it's very old and the rooms need to be remodeled... It's a shame that you can't put a grade between very good and medium.

The discovery of Besançon

This hotel is the worst I've ever met. It's old. When we arrived we couldn't pay by bank card because the reader was defective. We decided to pay by bank check. The first room that was offered to us had no heating. So we requested the room change. The second room is more than old. The bathroom door doesn't close because there is no more handle. So we want the refund of our stay that was refused because we had gone back to our room. On my insistence, the departure of the hotel accepted the refund despite our reservation of 4 days. The refund was due to come the next weekend by the responsible bank transfer that we were still waiting for.

Hotels to Avoid

When I arrived at 5pm on 6/11/21, having booked a room, I went to the receptionist to pay for the vacation checks and he told me that the room was already paid on account of the bill, he had debited my card before we arrived!

The receptionist of the evening is not serious!

The room and bathroom with mold the pillow covers don't even change get used to the ibis budget this hotel is not at the level of a formula one hotel to avoid

To avoid

On 3 nights on Sunday the room was not requested for a room change granted by the principal following a call from the person at the reception but the commercial gesture consented by the principal of the breakfast offer the next day went into oblivion.
