Small unpretentious room with a bed of 140 and occasional furniture... Bloodstains strewn on the couch lid with broken closing pressures, big stain of....🤔 on a pillowcase, small bathroom, no grip, no hair dryer, no towel, low and yellow lighting.....Service or cloth 🤔 and a small glass behind the toilet... Leak? 🤔 Simple lunch for 4€, no tea.... A quiet night's tea at the wake is not top... Well, profitability is preferable to comfort...

It's a shame, because the setting's nice.

The place is old-fashioned, not welcoming at all and the owners are disgusting, I've never seen such a situation! Absolutely avoid this place which is also not maintained with uncleaned and sticky dining tables as an example, it's really disgusting!!!!!

To Flee Absolutely

Very welcoming, hospitable guests, spacious and pleasant room, cleaned according to the protocols in force. For breakfast, the products are fresh. Good quality price ratio. This guest room is great for a step on the holiday journey.

Perfect for a step.

The place is well located, by the river and in the city centre, the cleanliness is on the appointment but there is a real problem. You book, via Booking.com, but the owner does not indicate that she is no longer available and only warns you when you are on site, so that, providing service, you find a room in the hotel next door, a practice that is recognized by all the residents of Is-sur-Tille. So if you are not happy, you will be assaulted. So if you do not want to risk, both are possible, either to be on the street or to find yourself with a simple bed, toilet and shower and breakfast in a remote hotel (not a hotel, but a small hotel room), which includes a comfortable double bed, and no one wants to stay in a small hotel room, which includes a comfortable bed and a comfortable bathroom.

Be careful, especially if you're alone.

Booking.com's hotel. The owners received us very badly and refused us access because we arrived at 10:10 p.m. instead of 10:00 p.m. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night... Booking.com was informed of the incident but did not find it useful to respond after 15 days.

Be careful.

Room quite comfortable for the price with shower room. The towels provided are no longer very fresh. There is dust above the cupboard and on the lighting. Breakfast is simple but you can't ask for more for the price: 1 glass of fruit juice in a bottle, 1 piece of fresh bread and 1 croissant per person, 2 jelly pots from the supermarket, 1 natural yogurt already on the table, 1 fruit and a hot drink.

Hotel or Guest Rooms? We found both names; it doesn't matter, there are only 5 rooms. Very well located, by the creek, the tourist office and the largest square of this very lively and charming little town. Simple but comfortable room with full bathroom. Simple but complete lunch (bread, yogurt, cheeses, fruits... no Viennese) Very friendly Home Price without competition. Attention: keep in advance, it's always complete

Unbeatable quality/price ratio

We've been to this place twice, we've been delighted. We cancelled a booking directly from the owner who confirmed a booking cancellation and booked us at a later date by phone. Unfortunately, the date says we're presenting ourselves with our baby and we're certified in a very rude tone (the gentleman) that we've never booked on that date. We had to find a place at 8 o'clock in an emergency, which is a shame because we were there the week before, and they didn't even remember us.

Too bad about the mistake.

The location is excellent, in the very center of the small town Is-sur-Tille, and still extremely quiet and picturesque with a very clean small river running in front of it.
The man receiving me was very pleasant and accompanied me to my room.
You may be taken back by the somewhat shabby look, but the rooms (well, at least my room) are spacious, clean, modern, well heated (I was there on a frosty December day).
I could not get a room with a direct view to the river, but had still a reasonable side view. The breakfast is normal French standard, nothing special.

Better than it looks

We arrived to find we had a lovely little room with private bathroom overlooking the river.  There was a fridge and tea making facilities which were most welcome.  The welcome was warm and friendly and although the owner doesnt not speak English with a smattering of French its no problem.  The bed was comfortable and it was just a perfect stop over place.  Sadly all of the town would appeared to have been on hoiday and there were no restaurants open within the vicinity.  This necessitated a trip to the local supermarket and we feasted on smoked salmon,cream cheese and fruit and a nice bottle of wine sitting in our room with a balcony overlooking the river.  Definitely a place to stay if you are looking for value for money.
