The room clearly lacks maintenance (see photos): stains on the walls such as Du crachat, faucet accompanied by its Rilsan, HS side light, dirt in the shower...) The water chase is filled intermittently because the mechanism must be damaged, besides, the switch is maintained by beautiful screws carefully inserted.... The lunch is average: even no ham while the other establishments offer it. Pompom: in a small business trip, we booked via booking, my room was ok, the person at the reception had no prior reservation to the room, the communication is really poor to understand... I'll say correctly that this is a positive point is recommended in front of the restaurant.

The low end of the budget ibis...

I called on July 10 to book a room on August 3rd and I notice my CB was debited on the 12th. I call the establishment that informs it of a NO SHOW.. I explain to them that I had booked the 3rd but my booking was never taken into account and S. Promises me a refund from the next day. Since July 19th I wait and S. finds me every time excuses for not paying. I arrived yesterday and I have to pay 78 euros despite the undue amount. The room is dirty, flies, cake paper, mattress.

It's a shame.

We spent the night at the hotel and it was great, the receptionist was super nice and very hospitable, clean room, we got a room for four and everything was perfect, parking space very big, I recommend this hotel.

I've been waiting for four months for the refund of my stay that I had to cancel, and I've sent several unanswered emails from the hotel, except for the first one in March, which told me that I had to be reimbursed for almost 400 euros of my stay.

I'd never book in an IBIS again.

I didn't expect much but this Ibis hotel massively avoided living up to even low expectations. Advanced rate wasn't honoured on arrival. I had an email saying there was no more to pay but the receptionist seemingly couldn't do anything about this and explained that the additional costs had already been put on our card. Then realised on looking at our invoice that we'd also been charged for 3 breakfasts when there were only 2 of us. Spoke to a different receptionist who noted this down in a book for the management. The room had clearly either not been cleaned or only had the sheets and towels replaced. There was dirt around the sink, in the shower tray and on the ladder of the bunk bed including some hairs, which fortunately, we didn't need to use. The radiator in our room had fallen off the wall and there were exposed wires - I wouldn't have felt safe staying there with children. Decided not to raise this as it was late when we arrived and our welcome experience had been so poor that we didn't have much faith anything would be resolved. Next morning, we headed down to breakfast at 9am. It was due to finish at 9:30am. There were women coming and going from the reception but no clear person working there after I'd spoken briefly to a receptionist about being overcharged. We just about managed to get a croissant each, an orange juice and a coffee - really not worth the 7,50 eur being charged and not great to basically have no choice despite arriving 30 minutes before breakfast was meant to have finished. 
I raised these issues via email with Accor, the day we left, and have also filled in the generic customer feedback form but have yet to receive any reply. Overall, an incredibly poor level of customer service - the lack of care for customers is blatant, it is like they've given up even trying. There are other hotels available in this area...avoid this one!

Overcharged for a dirty room and pitiful breakfast, with no customer service

Dirty rooms, splashes on the walls of the bathroom... the inside of the bathroom sink is wet black. The floors aren't cleaned, the corners are filled with dust and dirt.

Dirty.

The rooms are very small, no room, the sink next to the bed for example no wifi in the rooms, the only way to catch it is at the reception level, it's not worthy of the hotel chain and light breakfast (no salt)

It's a distraction

Hotel is a little old; but the shower door, which looks directly to the room, is not opaque...never seen this...we see the others showering...special concept!!!

Oh, by the way.

This stay could have been perfect if the so-called hot water had been, it was just warm which led to a difficult shaving! For the rest of the stay perfect. I don't know what to add difficult to say more than that is enough to get into your cartridge?

Almost perfect

Go your way! increased price (different from the one shown) due to last available room, an error in the booking (wrong month selected!) forced us to pay a second overnight stay on site and the manager who had ensured us a no-logs refund eventually refused to make it afterwards.
