We’ve stayed here many times so you can see we love it! Beautiful rooms with incredible decor overlooking the Seine. Amazing 5 star food in the restaurant. We ate for the first time on the terrace overlooking the river - what a view!  Friendly welcoming service too. Agree with other comments about the towels… everything has been redecorated  so beautifully it needs big fluffy towels snd yes maybe water in the rooms. But no other buggies at all. It’s just stunningly beautiful.

Stunningly beautiful location by the Seine

Thank you very much for this warm welcome. A beautiful, very spacious and quiet room with a view of the Seine. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Very welcoming owners whom I congratulate on their eco-friendly approach. We had booked via Solikend.

Standing hotel

Very good restaurant, the setting is nice, the dishes are delicious and cozy. View of the Seine. Good quality-price ratio. The boss is very friendly. I really don't understand the negative reviews!

A delicious and generous meal in a beautiful setting

Quaint hotel with plenty of character and lovely location overlooking the Seine. The hotel was quiet and it was lovely watching the changing river life. 

The junior suite room, was very comfortable with plenty of space, with faded elegance. The room was very clean. 

Negative points were - very,  worn thin towels that were fraying, no refreshments in the room, eg water or any room service for a drink. The Wi-Fi worked for the first night only. The bed was only sheets and a worn blanket, would have preferred a quilt. The bath was huge, but not very practical as we had to climb over a large area at the back of it to reach the taps or shower attachment. Someone, had been smoking in the room, when we arrived as the  separate toilet, which didn’t have any ventilation smelt strongly of cigarettes, which had also been left in the bin.

 Breakfast was good with a few choices. We had a menu meal, in the restaurant, which was one of the best meals we had, while on holiday. I really enjoyed the fish main course and the raspberry tart. It was nice to watch boats and swans on the river, while we ate. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here, but were a bit disappointed with some aspects.

Lovely location

Our room was spacious and comfortable The hotel was quiet But overall some parts of the hotel would need to be refreshed (especially the breakfast room) The dining room was plentiful, the kitchen tasty and the staff pleasant (and we have to recognize this merit: a customer proved particularly disgusting) On the other hand breakfast was a bit frugal: there was a shortage of bread because mini-Viennese

Nice setting on the Seine

Very nice house and pretty charming rooms (attention however for people with reduced mobility, this is an old house with many stairs), with a well-equipped bathroom. Very nice location along the Seine. Too bad the reception was polite but hardly smiling or warm. One evening we found the door closed when we entered the hotel and the code to open the door was not working. Fortunately, another customer managed to contact a hotel staff. We (83 and 85 years old) waited a quarter of an hour in the cold (the customer waited for more than an hour). We would have had a word of excess... Breakfast was needed but more proper attention to the frosty atmosphere (exposed to the cold, cheesy and hot water).

Nice hotel but disappointed by the hospitality

This is old fashioned hotel with rooms overlooking the river Seine.  The rooms are large, with high ceilings and are comfortable, but rather dated.  There twisty staircases and half landings, which are inevitable due to the age of the property.  If you like old fashioned décor, with suits of armour and crests scattered around, this is for you.  If you want a modern hotel with wide, uniform corridors, lifts and air-conditioning, this is not for you.  We loved the ambiance, the staff were helpful and the secure parking in the courtyard is a bonus.  The restaurant is good.

Quaint & Quirky Hotel  - Great Location

Very nice welcome with Stephanie and Olivier, a charming hotel on the Seine, we had a great evening and the dinner was delicious, thank you very much to the whole team for their dynamism and sympathy... we recommend this hotel restaurant...

Nice hotel, even if the medieval style decoration, seen the castle Gaillard nearby, is comical home charming but a shame to be forced to eat at the hotel's restaurant on the menu imposed quite disappointing dishes advertised as being based on terroir products while without flavor and obviously of very medium quality milk-based butter from the European Union so not French in Normandy  so-called gastro cuisine but rather a group caterer but well at the price of the gastro glass of calvados ordinary at 13 euros... a shame because with good products and a real good chef it would be a nice little lunch right ending at 9:30 cafe tiede sock atrocity and a cleaning of the windows and beating of full-fledged with eggs of spider vines and spider vines but we can make a great view of the capital so nice and a great discomfort and a great discomfort

Charming old-fashioned hotel, but...

Stopped overnight on the way back to the UK. What a wonderful last night.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Food superb, best meal in a long time.
Room comfortable and quiet.
Absolutely perfect. What else can I say
