Friday 19th, Saturday 20th, Sunday 21st June 2020 9 adults and 3 children Rental of the gîtes Léandre and Paradisio After this long confinement imposed, we wanted to be together as a family and have a good bowl of air on the Touquet beach. Very nice owner. We had booked the large gîte Léandre (1 double bed on the ground floor, 1 SDE with toilet and on the 1st floor - slightly steep staircase - 1 double bed, 1 single bed with 4 beds, 1 SDE with toilet).

This is a beautiful property in the heart of a village with beautiful houses, nestled in the countryside just a few steps from the Etaples and the Touquet. The suite we rented was absolutely in line with our expectations: large spaces, neat decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The rest is to be discovered....

If you are looking for a well-equipped gite (kitchen, dishwasher, laundry) well-maintained (Italian shower) quietly and 15 minutes by car from the Touquet here is an excellent address! one note: if you choose the gite and not the guest room no breakfast service is available You will have to take the car to go to the bakery and supermarket 10 minutes... otherwise very good choice With the possibility of renting ponies for 30 minutes or 1 hour.

A parenthesis in the country

A little scared at the start of the price because we found it really good going... that it was our surprise to discover this super beautiful gites in absolute calm in an incredible greenery... really cool and courteous... the bedding is really top :-) We were in the Paradisio apartment Near everything... the Touquet, berck on the sea,... We will be back very soon :)

Stayed in the 4 person Gite for the weekend with my family, was a beautiful property in the French countryside, really peaceful & relaxing. Was about 20 minutes outside of Le Touquet, very remote with no shops or bars within walking distance, although only a short drive to nearest bakery & shop. The Gite is extremely well equipped & of a very high standard of decor, we would love to return just for longer next time & in one of the larger properties!!!

Beautiful Gite

Several very well equipped, self-contained and carefully decorated detached apartments. Each apartment has a terrace and a large garden in front of the property. A very good price ratio and very appreciated proximity - 20 minutes from Hardelot and close to the Touquet I recommend for families or couples

We stayed in La Pradiso, a two bedroomed barn conversion in a party of 5.  All I can say is the whole place was amazing.  Immaculate throughout.  Well equipped with top quality furnishings.  The way in which the conversion has been done is lovely, even a little mezzanine area with desk for our daughter 8 yrs old) to colour, with books and pens supplied.  If you are a fan of tassimo or senseo tea, coffee pods both machines are there along with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and small combo cooker.  There are 3 tvs in the property.

A lovely seating area is available (communal) where you can sunbathe or kids can play.

Not far to Le Touquet (20 mins). Big supermarket 10 mins way.

The owners were delightful and had thought of everything.

Exceptional!!

We stayed in the suite with the gym equipment and hot tub.  It looks amazing when you 1st arrive, very different but good looking decor.  The quality is not there, the laminated flooring bounces and seems cheap, the gym equipment isn't gym quality, the wet room shower leaks across the rest of the downstairs, the banisters wobble and just seem to be there for effect

The sauna is actually very good, and the hot tub is fine (though again the practicalities of it just means that the downstairs floor just gets soaking)

The layout didn't work for us either, having the bathroom on a different floor to the bedroom is just not practical

The location is good (30 mins from le touquet), and the way the gite is situated is very peaceful and idealic

Overall it's not that expensive so I think it's fair for the price.  It's certainly wet our appetite for more gite based weekend breaks
