The staff were friendly, but we found that the room was on the edge of being unsanitary, we found sand in our sheets before we even put our feet in it, a foul smell came out of the room, it was very hot so we opened the windows but it was on the pedestrian street that was full of noise until two-thirds of the morning, so we had to choose between being warm and being quiet or opening and hearing the noise. Since it was very hot we had no choice. So we slept poorly. We seriously think that this hotel needs renovations because the work is going on, the rooms are closed and the stench that does not come back to sleep, we will not sleep at night.

Disappointed with this hotel... work to be done

When we arrived it started badly, the booking was only for 2 instead of 4 whereas the confirmation by email was for 4. We were given a room even though it was for 4, as if it were a favor...and we were asked to pay in advance...The room was horrible: dirty, the furniture damaged, the rusty floors, the bathroom disgusting.

Run as long as you can...

We went there one night to escape the smoke from the Mayotte campsite in Biscarrosse during the fire very nice and understanding lady helped us move to another campsite troop sympa we will not forget and welcome to the upper room too thank you very much

Gentleness and solidarity

Hello, we arrived at the hotel around 5pm without booking and we were welcomed by the boss who offered us a comfortable room with continental breakfast..Room very well, a small lunch with lots of choices that we took on Saturday morning with the boss and his wife present in the room. The boss the day before had recommended us some good restaurants nearby or we were not disappointed. We will return as soon as we can.

Couple Lot and garrison on the weekend in Mimizan for the first time

Very nice hotel, very welcome when we arrived. I found it a pity that the room we were in, when we went back to the bathroom was dirty (not drawn....). The shower tap was leaking but we reported it. Very nice room otherwise! For breakfast on Saturday morning, it was good and there was a choice. On Sunday morning, however, I got up a little later and there were only a few chocolates and croissants left, not the same condiments as the day before, very few choices. It was a pity that we didn't fill the food cans once we had finished the number of people we were in.

Very good quality price ratio, exceptional accommodation and situation, highly recommended, excellent breakfast with lots of sweet and salty choices, we'll be back especially since room 38 is ideal for our puppy

Hotel very well located and very friendly reception. Room decorated with taste but... being located in the heart of the animation we almost didn't sleep at night - THREE noisy - noise from the crowd until the early morning - no air and smell of sewage in the dirty bathroom.

More than just...

Excellent location close to the beach, on-site parking, comfort of the rooms, ample breakfast... and welcoming more than friendly bosses.

Remembering

We spent one night at the Bellevue Hotel on Mimizan Beach, the reception was very warm, in those times, it was difficult to find an open restaurant to take with us... so the guests offered very large plates of charcuterie cheeses with a glass of wine... We were delighted, breakfast is also offered on the plates... very clean and really nice room... toilet and shower separate. As for the supposedly unpleasant smell on Mimizan Beach,.... there was no smell on the days we were there, the few open shopkeepers were just super pleasant and warm. Thank you for your hospitality, we recommend.
