The host is unpleasant. no hello. can't find our reservation so right away, you've made a mistake of hotel (they were at the right address!) he finally finds (no excuse well on!) and smokes in front of the front door, like this took place while entering or leaving the hotel a host cat as friendly as the man. have our dog with us (dog accepted) but a cat that attacks our dog! in the end the cat trails on the tables of the little room deja (dog banned, normal for hygiene) but the cat, too, should be banned! what's on, I won't put my feet back on it

I discovered this hotel chain. I was looking for a cheap hotel on the road with something to eat around without going back on the motorcycle. I want a clean, comfortable and rather quiet hotel. Finding. Clean, functional hotel, reasonable room and breakfast prices. Parking is private and free. Plus the manager is smiling. ✌️

A very clean hotel with large rooms... a nice bathroom... the possibility to go even at night. A very nice and relaxing stop on the way to Paris or the south. An organic and inexpensive lunch. And you will be greeted by the cat, the hotel's mascot 😊

It's a great place to rest.

On our outward journey to Belgium we had planned one night in the "B&B Hotel" in Auxerre - Le Monétau. There was only one person at the reception, the room was very small, with just the bare necessities. The night was fairly quiet, but then the next morning when we got to breakfast there was practically no breakfast, not even a buffet! There was just some French bread, some butter, not even cheese or some ham, we don't want to talk further about this subject, the breakfast was below average, there was no refill, no one was present when checking out! If we compare all this with what we then offered to our guests for breakfast in our B&B, then this could be compared with a war ration!
Never again an overnight stay in a B&B hotel for us.

We come to this hotel every year, and it's great, the welcome and the breakfast, everything is perfect choice, very good breads and viernes, nice and clean room, like everything else, goodbye.

It's not acceptable. White night because of people who put on souk screaming, knocking on doors, arguing at everything is going... is there anyone in this hotel to make  reign  calm and ensure our peace?

Essential in what it offers, clean rooms aside from the usual old carpet, barely enough breakfast.

This is a nice B&B if you are on the road and need a place to crash, it has a nice need, a clean shower and ok breakfast, we spend there one night and it was not a problem. They do not have 24 hour service so that is a drawback and it is not located downtown, they do not speak english (like almost all over france)

One night

B&B hotels in Germany are really good, but maybe the standard in France is different. We had a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed. It was very spartan, but fortunately we just wanted to stay on the sidewalk. The room didn't look very clean, but we did look more closely. After some searching, we also found 3 missing towels. The reception at the reception was not necessarily unfriendly, but very unpersonal. We all felt uncomfortable and were happy to leave the hotel again early, without taking advantage of the attached snack that already looked unappetizing in the photos. The morning points: the door was closed, with a flat parking lot - I can't judge the car, plus the gate is closed.

Spartan, for a night.

Basic room but very poor service and rude staff.
The water vending machine took my money and never gave me the water bottle I needed for my kid bottle and the staff guy told me they « are not in charge » and that I had to call the vending machine number - from an expensive call number off course. We asked for the baby bed and it wasn’t in our room when we arrived we had to ask for it bring it up and do it ourself. Also bathroom not so clean. We had to leave earlier as one of our kid was sick and they didn’t agree to reimburse the breakfast we never took. In a nutshell really poor staff help even they didn’t care at all. We really regretted not to take the ibis 5min drive from there..
