The magical experience of visiting Bournereau starts upon arriving after a long drive on the busy French freeways. The moment you walk through the gate of Bournereau, you will realize that you have entered a different world, a sort of sanctuary from the daily stress. This is thanks to the beautiful garden that the hotel buildings protect against the outside world. The hotel itself is impeccable and conveys the style of the Provence. There is no other way than switching to complex relaxation mode. Nice pool, great dinner (once or twice a week). A true highlight are the hotel owners who make you feel welcome from the beginning. The location is really good as a point of departure to discover all the Provence has to offer (15 minutes to Avignon and the wine region). Great for anybody who would like to combine recovery with some Provence sightseeing.

Heaven in the heart of the Provence

We were at the estate for a little week. The owners welcomed us very well. The garden is splendid. We find ourselves in the middle of Provence with lavender. The room was very spacious and above all very clean. Monteux is really in the center of Provence. 15 km from Avignon. Half an hour from Saint-Rémy and Orange. A hotel with a personal touch and very good service, highly recommended.

Very nice little hotel in the heart of Provence

Very quiet location, but also for dinner you need the car. There's nothing to walk here. Whoever's right is well taken care of here. Our room was fine, the bathroom is very large. The minibar, the Wlan, the hairdresser - everything there. Between the L-shaped buildings there's a large park with beds and seating facilities, and there's a poll that's big enough to swim, unfortunately just a little flat. And it's really quiet. The little street in front of the house is probably only used almost on the weekends. Then it can be noisy in the morning. But there's no noise at dinner.

Charming Provencal mansion, very nice shady park and very nice swimming pool.

This charming hotel is wonderfully suited for relaxation and relaxation - but also for trips to all directions to the giant Marseille or the medieval Aigues Mortes. Whether in the western Provence with Avignon, Orange, Nimes, Arles and the Apilles or the eastern part, the Luberon with its wonderful picturesque villages, the oak crops of Roussillion or Rustrel, Aix-en-Provence or the southern part with the giant Marseille or the medieval Aigues Mortes. Everything is within a maximum of 1 hour. The location or setting is not as exciting as, for example, in the Provence district, but you will notice nothing in the surrounding area.

We stayed 4 nights in 2 rooms; me and my wife and the 3 sheets. The two gentlemen Klaus Haug and Hermann Mayer are very kind and their hotel is immersed in the very beautiful countryside and the large and well-maintained garden. There is nothing missing. The location is ideal for those who want to alternate cultural visits, oenological excursions and visit a big city like Avignon. When we then returned around 16/17 the pool and comfortable beds were waiting for us, before we went out to dinner after listening to the advice of our two friends who know the area's restaurants very well.

Great hospitality

A nice hotel in the best position to explore the area. The Mt. Ventoux is in a well-filled fridge. The oak rocks are well accessible, numerous markets invite you to stroll, Avignon is about 20 minutes away, Orange is not far away, Aix en Provence is about 30  40 minutes away, Marseille is about 1 hour away. The rooms are beautiful and individually furnished. Spacious bathroom. A well-filled refrigerator is available. The great, large garden invites you to stay.

Purely recreational

Unfortunately, earlier requests were always made during periods when the hotel was already on a winter break, this time we decided very short-term and booked/booked in advance, and we were able to stay beyond the scheduled deadline - thank you! The request/reservation was very easy to make, but when arriving three rooms were almost uncomfortable or even better. The premises were provided with the same cost and quality as the rooms were, but in the last few days we had to make sure that everything worked very well and that everything worked very well, even in our rooms and restaurants, and even in the last few days, with our rooms and bathrooms and bathrooms.

Comfortable oasis in a business-friendly location near Avignon

This is the fifth time that we are spending a week or two of our holiday in this charming hotel located next to Monteux between Avignon and Carpentras. Beautiful rooms, impeccable service, beautiful garden and pleasant swimming pool. The hotel has no restaurant. However, the owners will advise you on choosing a restaurant in the area. Dinner is organized once or twice a week (for residents only). Reservation for the room is imperative because the hotel has only ten. Breakfast is plentiful and there is no criticism about it. So go there with confidence and you will not be disappointed.

A charming little hotel in the middle of nature

The Domaine de Bournereau is ideal for anyone looking for rest and relaxation and wanting a good starting point for excursions to western Provence. Avignon, Orange, Carpentras, Pont du Gard, Chateauneuf du Pape, Aix-en-Provence, etc. are easily accessible by car. Due to the location, a car is absolutely necessary; especially for a drive to a restaurant in the evening. In the immediate vicinity there is not much else. The nearest place is Mounteux; a little sleepy, but Avignon is not far away and at night the atmosphere is quite different when the many tourists are away. Otherwise, the Domaine de Bournereau is ideal for relaxation. The guests are unstoppable, friendly and back-to-back - good accommodation.
