Well, you'll have to go up there to enjoy the very picturesque site but without a bag it's easy and the next morning you don't have to follow the signs that go up there. The room is spacious and comfortable, breakfast is plenty made of homemade products. Address to recommend.

Ideal stage for hikers

Our third visit to El Camino de Najac and always the same pleasure of staying in this beautiful house where it is good to rest in a peaceful garden.

At the foot of the castle

We stopped here on our way back north from spain and after camping it was an oasis.

Carolyn was a wonderful host who was very helpful in the build up to the stay with tips and info as well as during. We had the top floor room with a double bed and 2 singles for the kids. A lovely designed and thought out space. 

Breakfast was amazing and some very thoughtful touches. The location was outside the town but there are several routes up the Najac but bear in mind the shortest way involves steep inclines, steps or tracks through the forest. Not so great at night if your not steady on your feet or don’t have torches but we were fine. 

Najac is a lovely place and the castle is great. Much more genuine, interesting and worth visiting that caracassone which we also went to on our trip. 

We will definitely be going back to Najac and if we can will try to stay at el Camino du Najac. 

Fabulous place 

We had a lovely stay at the foot of Najac Castle, and I can only confirm all the excellent comments: the welcome is charming (our English-speaking host speaks French and also Spanish), the garden is a breath of fresh air on hot summer days, the wonderful cats, we got good advice about eating at Najac and we were able to taste a local specialty for breakfast, Najac's fouace (a kind of brioche).

Charming guest house at the foot of Najac Castle

We stayed one night at El Camino de Najac for our stop in the village. It is a lovely little house, with a small parking lot where you can leave your car located 2 minutes' drive from the village of Najac. From the first moment Carolyn made us feel at home, offering us to enjoy all the common rooms and recommending places to visit and eat. All in Spanish, which we are very grateful for. The room was in detail, with coffee, tea, body cream and even books and magazines. The bathroom was small but with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast, included in the price, is a buffet with local products, perfect and very good. Again Carolyn was attentive and offered us different food alternatives. In the rest of the day we could enjoy the perfect relaxation, and without a doubt, we would recommend visiting the area, and thank you for everything.

What a lovely hotel, it's a magical place. The room for four is a delight. Everything was details and kindness on Carolyn's part.

A wonderful place in Najac.

Excellent holiday surrounded by peaceful greenery a very welcoming host with the little care of his guests a tastefully restored house, a charming little corner thank you very much we will return......

It's been a long time since an accommodation has given me the positive energy of the Najac Way. highlighting the owner's treatment, breakfast, decoration, atmosphere, environment... more to the taste I couldn't be.

The road to Najac

The most remarkable feature of the stay was the dedication and kindness of the owner, Caroline, who always cared for us both before arrival and once there, she made a lot of effort to speak a little Spanish to explain everything about the accommodation and surroundings. The unbeatable accommodation, the well-groomed common area and equipped with everything necessary to be able to have a drink or prepare something quick to eat (toaster, heater, etc.). The small room and unsounded but no problem since we were very quiet. There is free parking on the same hotel plot and it is located only 3 minutes drive from the center, a very quiet area. The breakfast was the best place to stay, we had no doubt about half the price. Here we have 10 different types of freshly prepared cakes, pastries, yogurt, yogurt, and other delicious dishes, and we will return to the same place if we want to enjoy the delicious deliciousness of the same dishes.

Ideal, like at home.

We liked everything. We stayed in the Graniere and we loved it. Very spacious, clean, well decorated. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the same level, fantastic views of the countryside, good air conditioning, warm water, in a bathtub and in the other shower with rain spirit. Supercomfortable and very large beds, in each bedroom 2 beds of 90 that can be combined. Nespresso, water and courtesy bowls in the room. Dryer with good potency and gel, shampoo, hair cream, body milk, hand cream from the little marsellaise itself. Breakfast with panes, croissants, fresh fruit, charcuterie, cascuterie with mermaid caserie, orange juice and mangoes from the natural yoghurt, everything in the room.
