Very good hotel, very friendly reception, cleanliness, superb sea view with a good breakfast, I advise everyone to go to this beautiful and very warm place, continue like her hotel staff.

Hotel Opinions

We were in a double room for a week, the room was clean. Unfortunately we lacked some storage space in the room. If you stay only a few days that's definitely enough but for a week a little bit. The community bathroom was always well cleaned (unfortunately there were some disgusting guests for that staff can't but nothing). It's great location is only a few minutes away from the old town. The only thing I have to evaluate negatively is that the hostel lists parking spaces that there is but the chance to get one like a lotto 6 it is. The breakfast was also good, the staff very kind and also the guests very much love. For a hostel I think it's all right we didn't actually want a single &gt; and have the need to make sure that we had our own breakfast booked, but it was very poorly in order, but it was still difficult.

It's a great hostel, but not a parking lot.

I think this is an excellent option if you want to be on the Promenade des Anglais. It has a very chilled vibe and the people who work here are really nice and welcoming! The breakfast was good and free: a selection of bread, cheese, cereal, fruit and biscuits. I often had my breakfast on the balcony which overlooked the sea.

I stayed in the female dorm in July. I read some reviews saying that its too hot as it is on the lower floor but I would disagree. Whilst there is no air con, there is a fan and you can leave the window open. There were no mosquitos, a bit noisy from the traffic but fine if you bring ear plugs. The wifi isn't good in the room but it works fine on the balcony and dining area. The bathroom was cleaned daily and whilst it is shared I didn't have to wait as I woke up early. There is another toilet and bathroom upstairs.

I came solo and luckily met some girls in the dining area and my room to go out with for dinner. It doesn't really have a hostel vibe with activities so there is also a chance that you won't meet people to go out with. I didn't want to party and wanted a mix between meeting people and some time alone so it was perfect for me. I took the bus 98 to get here but couldn't work out how to get back to the airport. Would be good to provide this info as it isn't the same bus/bus stop.

 If you are looking to relax and be near the beach this is a really great option. If you want to party and/or meet loads of people maybe look elsewhere.

Great location on the sea a few steps away from Nice Old Town and the market.
Superb location! Less the 100m from the Old Town market, with views of the sea and Castle Hill from the deck. Wifi worked great. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Very good value! Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff. Lucy is very sweet and responsive. The hotel is located in the old town, the terrace windows overlook the waterfront. Port in two steps. Very clean and cozy. Delicious and nutritious breakfast, friendly atmosphere

Nice view in our balcony.You can eat your breakfast with this lovely view.And also hotel location is perfect.Not far to the city center,waka bar,place massena,old town and the others.Son impressive location and nice hotel 👍🏻

We usually book hotels but found this when trying to book a budget weekend break! Firstly the location is fantastic for the old town, promenade and port, it is also close to the market and restaurants (1 minute walk). As we went with friends we had the two double bedrooms which are  at pavement level because of the way the house is built, we had an adjoining courtyard which was well maintained. There is a large screen protecting you from the pedestrians and traffic but a real suntrap, you do not have any views though. The bedrooms were well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. There is no en suite but we soon got use to that and they are kept emasculate. The room where breakfast is taken is quite small and does not really accommodate everyone if they chose to take breakfast at the same time, the small balcony can be used too. With the lovely market so close they could perhaps have provided a greater choice of breads and croissants etc, that is really the only criticism. Isabelle was the housekeeper during our stay and was very helpful as well as informative about getting around. It appeared a number of solo travellers base themselves there which added to the atmosphere at breakfast as we informally shared stories and places to visit, we really enjoyed that as opposed to the more formal hotel breakfast environment.
On the day of departure they allowed us to store our bags and provided us with a key for as long as we liked, that made the day so much easier and shows how they want to look after their guests. Overall a lovely B&B as awell as lovely people.I can’t think of a better location to base yourself in Nice.

Lovely facilities and fantastic location and hosts

The hostel is super right on the beach promenade. It's easy to reach by bus from the airport (5min walking to the visitor's station). It's about 1min walking to get to the flower market and 5min to the Place Massena. Countless restaurants and bistros are spread around the hostel. Right behind the hostel is the Château Hill from which you have a beautiful view of Nice. I was in a 4 bedroom. It was cozy furnished, the beds are comfortable, with windows and a lock box per bed. The bathroom was always very clean and even with a dresser out. The breakfast was very good. Good, fresh coffee... fresh bread, fruit, yogurt... the perfect view of the sea is also very easy to check out. I can really check out the hostel and check out the other questions!

I'd recommend it to you.

For people who like to travel backpacks yes, really nice place, nice reception, clean spaces and excellent breakfast. But as far as I'm concerned, there was a mess. For me, a B&B is in guest houses with one or two bedrooms. In this case we're closer to an improved youth hostel with a really young international clientele, a student-supported service. I have no idea what my guests' heads were like. That was a good dozen people for two bathrooms and a toilet. So sometimes... congestion.
