This was a lovely hotel in a quiet location close to shopping areas and eateries. 
We had an airy room with large window onto secluded garden and a comfortable bed. 
Really helpful staff especially Tatiana who let us leave our small overnight bags early before check-in and also after check-out. 
Tiny but functional shower room.
 Corridor is next to breakfast area and early noise (especially children) on Sunday morning prevented a lie-in but you learn to live with these things.

Perfect Hotel for Central Nice

My family and I stayed at the Nice Garden hotel a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time.  The hotel is in a great location,  very accessible for shops, restaurants, the beach, tram and train stops. There is a beautiful garden with seating areas, perfect for eating breakfast or relaxing after a busy day.  The hotel staff are lovely, very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spotlessy clean, room 3 had an exceptionally comfortable bed.  Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Lovely hotel

We were made very welcome, had comfortable rooms and enjoyed the excellent location too. Outstanding value and warmly recommended. As well as having a private garden, there is a delightful square opposite the front entrance and all the treasures of Nice are within easy reach. 

Nice in Nice

What an excellent hotel this is for the price we paid in expensive Nice. The small unassuming entrance doorway to the hotel hides what a lovely little boutique hotel this is. Rooms full of character, tastefully decorated but with modern bathrooms. Location is excellent - a few minutes walk from the beach and old town along with a lovely little hotel garden. What makes this hotel excellent however is the helpfulness of the family owners. We had cycled from the UK so had complicated logistics in needing to send ahead bike transport boxes and store bikes - all dealt with brilliantly. 
I cannot recommend this hotel more if you want a friendliness, comfort and value for money.

Superb

The rooms are so small that I couldn't get into the bed. There was so much hair I could make a dog. I'll never put a foot back in it again.

That sucks.

Small hotel in the heart of the Carré d'Or district facing a square. It is an old building full of charm with a small garden. The reception was perfect. The room is not very large but sufficient and very clean. The bunk bed is comfortable. The breakfast is served in a friendly space: you would almost think you were in its dining room. The hotel is close to bus lines, tram and pedestrian streets. In short, I recommend it.

That's a good thing.

Perfect location, in a residential area close to downtown, a small hotel, reminiscent of an old French house renovated and converted into a hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable, the breakfast area a candy bar, the reception area is as sweet as the atmosphere, adds a secluded and graceful courtyard, a surprise that tastes like a place from another time.

More than one two stars.

A small family run  boutique hotel situated in the heart of Nice in the Carré d’Or area, only a 5 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais. This charming hotel has a beautiful little garden, almost like a little oasis in the middle of the city. Breakfasting here in the summer months is just a delight! The rooms are tastefully decorated in Provençal style with newly fitted bathrooms. Marion and the staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. Wonderful place to stay and I would highly recommend it for couples. Great location in the city with many shops, restaurants and bars close by. 

Little gem in the heart of Nice

Charming home by the owner or daughter. Large rooms with nice ceiling height and bathrooms, all very clean. Remains of the original ceiling decoration. Good quality price ratio for the neighborhood.

Very friendly family hotel just steps from the English Walk

This is a lovely little hotel in a great location.  Getting in is a bit unorthodox in that it is located at the bottom of a block of flats; this caused me some issues one  night when a group of slightly dodgy looking young men were all congregating outside, I think for the vape shop next door to open, however I was not happy keying in the code with the watching.  Once I thought they had all gone I went to the door but was immediately aware of one of them running back towards me, so I purposely entered the wrong code and left.  This cost me about an hour all in all which was not great.  Anna and Marion are very pleasant and speak perfect English.  The room was small but perfectly formed, and I particularly liked having a small fridge in the room.  I didn’t have breakfast but did venture into the garden to read one evening which was nice but quite steamy.  The one problem I had was that the air conditioning (a non-negotiable for me when looking for a hotel in Nice in August!) stopped working on my second night, which led to a very uncomfortable night’s sleep.  When I reported this the next morning when checking out, Marion thought it could have been that the 20 degrees I had it set to was too different to the outside temperature and that they may need to advise guests not to set it below 23/24, however I am not sure that would have been cool enough for comfortable sleep in August (it was VERY hot!).  all in all, a lovely stay and I will recommend and be back if I return to Nice.
