Tired. That's about as nice as I can be. The doors lock, there are beds, there's a bathroom.... It's a good job it's really cheap for the area! There's nothing specifically wrong with the place, you just wouldn't want to bring anyone you wanted to impress here.

It's not too far to walk down to the Promenade des Anglais which has bars and restaurants aplenty. There's parking almost opposite (not cheap).

The name is the highlight

As soon as we entered the main entrance of the hall we were submerged by an acre smell of closure and dust. The carpet covering the entire floor of the hotel was old and full of stains. The people who listened to us were immediately unkind. The very dirty and muddy rooms we cleaned as soon as we arrived! The cleaning of the rooms is done once a week superficially. The reception is open a few hours a day. When we left this horrible place this morning the lords of the reception did not even greet us. Uncommented. Nothing like this ever happened.

The worst place I've ever been

I just got out of this place they call a residence. I have a week with my friend starting today in my multi-property via Interval International circuit. As soon as I visited the 5 meter room they call an apartment I got a knot in my throat. Where are I? It's not possible. In so many years of traveling never a place like this!!! It's not habitable. Very small with a very dirty and rusty window that opens on the tiny lavatory of the poor support cooking to two fires. Less than 20 cm an open bed sofa that has no way of passing or even to open the staircase. At the foot of my desk they have a baggage ladder and so will it because there is no room to open. Neither a support plan. Very small with a very small ante-arm of another staircase where you can stay for a week.

Worse than nothing.

I stayed for a week in the Residence Club no. 1. Of course the structure would need a good renovation. The apartments are small to modest but still clean and well equipped, there is also the laundry room that is of great help if you want to eat at home. The shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity as well as a fishery where you can buy oysters and frightening coconuts!! Two hundred meters from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the famous Hotel Negresco: For a luxurious holiday even if not luxurious it is recommended: The cleaning of the apartment is renovated once a week with complete drying.

Great location

Squeaky, dirty and furnished place 50s, not suitable for families with children, in Italy a place so they would have already had it closed, I paid 700€ for a week in apartment no.15, of a private who has a multi-property (I can't be sure that all apartments are like this, but I have a vague sense) small and narrow apartment, no air conditioning working, no wifi working, cleaning once a week grossly, only one of the two bathrooms clean and only in one changed the towels, forced airing in the bathrooms not working(in both) poor stoves to be able to use the sink (pencil)....don't go!!

Missing one star.

I stayed in this facility for a week in July. It was certainly the worst experience of my life. The facility is old, fatiguing and dirty, without air conditioning for a long time (as is evident from the condition of the so-called air conditioning grids); the beds are bad and the rooms are so small that to go to open the window you have to walk on the bed. The air conditioners and the fans do not work in the bathrooms. When I arrived they left me out for a quarter of an hour. I called the Agency where I had booked to have me open the door. The only thing that happened was the location. I would advise everyone.
