The one-night stay in this chambre d'hotes, obtained in an old building a few minutes' walk from the city centre, was pleasant. Very appreciated the kindness and courtesy of the owner who welcomed us and provided us with the indications of the case. Beautiful the room assigned to us and placed on the upper floor, reachable by a staircase made of original wood and a bit steep. Very appreciated, in general, the cleanliness of the structure and in particular the room and bathroom with an abundance of supermobiles placed a little wherever that weighs a little on the environment. Appreciative is the morning service on the floor, prepared at the time by the ground floor and the property at the price of the room.

It's a very nice private house, refurbished in an intimate guesthouse and very well maintained, both in service and in supply.

A charming corner

This place is a little surprise wonder in Orléans, 300 meters from the Loire River, in the noise. The place offers high quality accommodation, very clean and decorated with extreme taste. To close our compliments, breakfast comes on time to give strength to travelers!!!

A very pleasant surprise

The welcome from the owners is charming but we were unlucky because their three young children were present with a key for us at 7:00 a.m....on a Sunday! We would have liked to have been warned when booking...that we would not have confirmed it at once. The breakfast was not copious or refined..the bread was industrial just like the orange juice.

For one stop in Orleans, it's the Smoking Pot, the perfect place! Two steps from downtown Orleans, I walked to the restaurant and walked around downtown. It's very nice! The welcome is warm and the breakfast is really good.

Very nice welcome and nice home

We found this little B&B (a former tobacco drying building - beautifully renovated) just off the beaten track (a 10 min max walk into the centre of Orleans) through booking.com.  It was relatively easy to find and had private free parking.  We were welcomed by lovely Anna who showed us to our beautiful large en-suite room, then when we had refreshed she showed us a map of the city and recommended some restaurants.  On return later we had a glass of wine and beer and my husband and I played a board game in the lovely communal lounge/dining room. Slept very well and were welcomed downstairs by Anna's husband for breakfast with a beautifully laid table for two, with fruit, yoghurt, orange juice, croissants and bread, butter and jams.  We were offered some cheese as well.  When we left (btw cash or BACS only) he saw us out and showed us the easiest way to leave the city.  Wonderful stay in a quirky, friendly, clean B&B run by lovely people and free parking.  What else do you need? 

Lovely find in Orleans

The deluxe double room offers enough and a nice mix of style: a comfortable atmosphere without TV, but with excellent Wi-Fi. The breakfast is French. The good one is very close to the old town, with very quiet and with parking on the - secure - plot. The joy and suffering of a dhot room are the hosts: she is nice and makes seemingly binding agreements. But when she's away, everyone has to vote with him again. Because the two have - at least ours - no agreed agreements.

Nice rooms, good location, not very secure communication

Nice place, not far from the beautiful historic center, nice house, spacious and quiet room, parking on site, nice lunch but nothing salty except eggs... place to recommend.

It's a great stay.

We booked for three people, two rooms with a bathroom. One of the rooms had a double bed with the mattress so sunken that it was impossible to sleep in it. The bathroom was connected to a single room but to get from the double bed room it was necessary to pass through a hallway separated from the rest of the hotel by a curtain. You really can't offer a bed in which it is impossible to sleep and try to justify yourself with excuses. The location is regular and the breakfast is good but not abundant.

It is a house adapted for accommodation.

A great local B+B just outside of Orléans. Alan the host was great from start to finish. Rooms large, bathrooms great, and all clean. Parking on site for free. Breakfast ample, with lovely coffee. Would reuse again no questions.
