The hotel is two stops from the Eiffel Tower metro but you can walk perfectly. The metro is right in front so it is very well located and also has many restaurants a few meters away where you can go to eat.The only hint would be that the room was a little small but touring that is the main reason for my trip was ideal because it was perfectly located.

 Perfect location.

The three of us were in Paris to celebrate our birthdays, a very nice, clean hotel, friendly staff, nearby metro station, walking to the Eiffel Tower.

Birthday in Paris

I stayed in this pleasant discovery for about a week. I said "pleasant discovery" because, despite being in Paris more than once, i was looking for something different, friendly, well served and at the same time close to transportation, like the subway. And looking for a bit on internet i found this one and i really enjoyed it.
To give a context, this hotel is located five steps from the metro station "Motte-picquet Grenelle" (if I'm not mistaken the lines are three); and from here it takes you directly to the heart of Paris, from the Eiffel Tower to the Louvre Museum, etc.

As for the Europe Hotel, i simply use three adjectives to describe it: comfortable, modern, personal. For all the rest like photos, curiosity, etc. just visit their website.
Obviously, being in Paris, i only enjoyed the stay and breakfast.
What about other things: go, try and tell me if i was right.

I forgot: excellent, really good value for money for being a three-star Hotel.

It's really great, for a week or for three

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is poor. Positive: great location, very friendly staff, rooms are clean and the three guest rooms are also spaciously negative.: Whoever is interested in which guest is having sex, is having fun or coming or going is right here. Very bright. I've only had this bad so far in a youth hostel in London. The bathroom in the two-bedroom was much too small. Breakfast is not worth the money.

Good location but very noisy

Our family of three from MI spent the Christmas holiday here.  Very quant hotel.  Only about 5 rooms per floor over 5 floors.  It was perfect for what we needed. We were on the top floor with window on the roof which opened for us to stand on bed and look which Our son loved.  The hotel borders the Paris Metro but you don’t hear a thing.  Is a typical European room. With three of us there was 3 single bed with two put together for a double bed.  All staff were very personable and professional.  Our family would love to stay here again.  

Spent the Christmas Holiday

Only booked the hotel because my Friend was sick and we couldn’t extend our previous stay before the flight at night. Called in the morning to request the early check in and the front desk man was very attentive in doing their best to provide the room by 12PM. 

Great

The hotel is located in a lively part of a Paris directly accross a metro station (line 6). Lots of restaurants near by, as well as a bakery and groccery stores. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the Eiffel Tower. 
The hotel has a typical Parisian vibe. The rooms are not big, but there is sufficient space for a comfortable stay. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The hair dryers needs to be updated. The walls are paper thin - not a good choice of a hotel if you’re a light sleeper. 

Great location

10-15 mins walk from Eiffel tower. A street full of restaurants 2 mins walk and even McDonald's in the vicinity.

Supermart carrefour is a few steps from the hotel.

25-30 mins from both the railway station. Uber would cost 23-27 euros.

Close to Eiffel tower but very small rooms

The hotel has a good location. There is a metro station very close by, as well as several restaurants and a small Carrefour virtually next door. The clean, small but normal room in Paris, the renovated and beautiful bathroom. At the reception we were greeted by a gentleman who was very kind and helpful at all times. We considered that the quality/price ratio is not good because breakfast is not included and costs 12 euros per person and the hotel is not cheap. We had to pay for the accommodation of a three-year-old girl.

Well and well ubiquitous.

Very good experience. The incredible staff, very kind. Unfortunately I don't remember the number of gentlemen who were at the reception, who give an extraordinary attention and make you feel very comfortable even when we don't speak the same language. They helped us with recommendations about the city, transportation and other questions. Very clean, very comfortable rooms. The room in which we stayed had a bathtub, excellent cleaning. Very comfortable beds and you can rest quietly. The subway is very close, about 100 meters from the hotel. Very close to the Eiffel Tower and the Campos Eliseos as well as the Campo de Marte (about 10 minutes walk).
