First of all I will ask all travelers who book Laos B&B to pay close attention to reservation details. You have to call a local (Paris) number to obtain a voucher and detailed instructions how to get there. I did not feel like calling internationally, so I asked Expedia agent to do it on my behalf and Local B&B agency emailed me a voucher.They will tell you the last name of the host and you will have to ring a door bell button next to his last name tag once you get to the front door of the apartment building ( right side section of the complex). The hosts are elderly couple who speak French and very little English. So if you can learn a couple of phrases in French I am sure they will appreciate it. They offered us a glass of orange juice and a map of Paris upon arrival. The guests are placed in a separate part of the apartment- there are 2 rooms- one for single person, another has a double bed and can fit 2 people. There is one good size bathroom for guest's rooms. We stayed in the bigger room and did not have anyone staying next door. The place is very quiet (loved it) for downtown Paris, which is great, because the noise issue is common everywhere else you stay. The location is great- close to subways, restaurants  and main attractions. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. We asked them to serve breakfast at specific times and they did, helped us with directions, helped make a reservation in a very good French restaurant on Saturday night. The room was clean and had several antique pieces, nice view from the patio of the peak of Eifell tower.Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay

Great location, good service

My 10 year old daughter and I arrived at 7 pm.  it turned out to be 2 apartment buildings.  We had no idea which apartment nor any name.  We called the phone number on our reservation but no one answered.  We tried 2x more but nothing. (international calls, mind you) Then we spent 80 mins on moblie phone with Expedia trying to get a new place to stay.  By 9pm, we were on our way to a more expensive place....never again!

Be Wary

It's weird to want a hostel in a royal apartment. It's a regular hostel, not bad. It's convenient enough in a city where everyone needs tours and romance. And if you come for one night for one meeting or just to sleep somewhere to relax, this place is great.

For a small fee, a small service.

Even though reviews indicated this couple spoke some english that was not the case at all and made the stay rather awkward.  The apartment where they rent 2 bedrooms is on the 5th floor. There was an elevator but you first have to carry your luggage up 15 stairs to get to the first level then choose 4 in the  elevator. Can’t say the husband didn’t try but with no way to communicate it fell short. The wife spoke no English but kept talking and talking like you should understand her. 
The bedroom was large and the small patio with the view of the Eiffel Tower was nice. The shared bathroom was a step across the hall and was fine. Breakfast was tea and croissants with jam and fruit. It was a good central location with a short walk to Avenue de Suffern and the Eiffel Tower among other attractions.  It was a quiet neighborhood in the evening. The couple watched TV with headsets in their living room.
They try but I don’t think they have what it takes to provide a really good B & B experience. They were nice but it seemed this wasn’t something they really wanted to do, just a business venture.

Central location

I stayed in this Bed and Breakfast, in the couple's room, with my girlfriend for 3 days. After we rehearsed for two more times, we finally slept open, probably or was just bells ringing or just from what we noticed after having the owner's room a little dull. A little worried, we waited for half an hour in the courtyard and then taking advantage of the opening of the entrance door by a lady, we went up to the fourth floor (where the b&b is located). Apart from this, this well-furnished structure, in a very simple style and not too old style, which is based on my grand view and a little bit of a freshness, and then we went back to the bathroom.

The strategic position.

I came back yesterday from Paris, I stayed with my boyfriend in this b&b for 3 nights, in the double room. Overall we were satisfied because the area is optimal for getting around by metro, it is very close to the Eiffel Tower (you can see it from the window of the room, and at night it is beautifully lit all), the very nice and quiet room in front of a large bathroom to share with the single room (which these days was free!). We had a rich and abundant breakfast with delicious butter croissant, fresh baguettes, marble, fresh fruit and yogurt. You can choose to have coffee or tea and we opted for you, so as not to risk!

Very Parisian location

We stayed at this BB based on the reviews read on the trip, and we absolutely have to join the enthusiasts' choir. First of all, the area is beautiful - from the window you can see the tour - very quiet and well served by the media. The spacious rooms, the bathroom in excellent condition, the wonderful breakfast both in content and form.

It's perfect.

We took this b&b x case among the thousands of deals found on the internet. The reviews were excellent but the last ones date back to 2012. So we arrived a little bit like this. The place is strategic, the motte piquet is a well-served metro station, under the house there are shops and a super bakery. The owners are super nice and the breakfasts are abundant and more than excellent. Brioches and baguettes with butter and jam, fresh fruit (different every day) yogurt (different every day) and squeezed every morning.

It seemed impossible, but...

Fascinated by my experience in Laos Bed and Breakfast. The ladies and gentlemen are very warm and friendly, and they make you feel at home. The room is very nice, the ladies put on a little machine to make tea, and teas of different kinds. The delicious breakfast, everything fresh and beautiful. It is located in a very good neighborhood of Paris, near the Eiffel Tower, one can walk.

The best bed and breakfast I've ever stayed in, better than a hotel.

A very nice couple with welcoming enthusiasm. Though they speak mostly in French, one can understand their intention to assist.

The house is situated at the 5th level but it is not new. the flooring is made up of wood but 
the room is very clean and well positioned to view the top part of the Eiffel Tower. The illumination of the tower when it is lighted is very inviting and happy to be at the balcony viewing its beauty.

Breakfast is simple but more than enough to sustain the morning stroll. Likewise it is close to the store for a lunch pack if desired. Can find it just near the Metro  La Motte Picquet - Grenelle entrance/exit.
