I have been several times in Paris for Business, and it has become more expensive over the years. This time the hotels became unaffordable that I followed a Lonely Planet suggestion. I tried to stay there before, but they don't seem to take reservations one year ahead of time. Anyway, if you are on allowances, it's better to book a loft a few days before your trip, as a 50% deposit is required. Some companies wan't to know the exchange rate applied on your credit card. Keep in mind that there will be two charges, one before you arrive and the second one after you leave. Talking about exchange rates, it's not a good idea to change foreign currency at the airport. You won't need cash at all in Paris, plus it's a good way to avoid being scammed at the Eifel Tower or Sacre Coeur.
I rented the Duplex, which is like renting a house in Central Paris. I slept on the upper floor, because wi-fi wasn't available downstairs. 
When I arrived I made a phone call in order to report it to the owner. He sent his handy man who greeted me in broken English (he didn't speak English) and let me stay at the gym they own at the entrance while he was cleaning up my loft as pevious guests were leaving. I had the gym's shower at my disposal but decided to drink coffee at the waiting room.
The shower was the best part, after I figured how it worked. I bought a deodorant and left it for the next guest. It would be nice if the property provides one for customers who don't bring it due to the fact that they travel light.
The kitchen had everything I needed except some scissors, which I requested during my stay, but the owner seemed to have forgotten that. I enjoyed the morning tea and the complimentary alcohol-free beer I found in the fridge.
Overall, I strongly recomnend that property, and I would book it again for my next visit 

Best Value Accommodation in Paris

Our stay at the Duplex was quite a nightmare. What looked like a really nice and cozy place on the pictures turned out to be a really run-down and ill-kept apartment. It didn't look like anybody had cleaned in a long time. Everything we touched was either dusty or sticky/greasy, there were spiderwebs and dirt in all corners, we found used condom wrappers under the beds, as well as clothing moths and cockroaches. To top it all off it was raining through the ceiling into our kitchen. We left after two sleepless nights.

I visited Loft Paris in mid-April for four nights. Actually I had a special request because for the first two nights I was alone and then my family joined me for the second two (making for a total six people). Francois was very accommodating and put me in  ‘Le Mini’ for the first two nights and then in ‘Le Duplex’ for the second two.  Francois gave me very good directions from the airport in an email but since I was on my own I opted for a taxi. When I arrived I was surprised at how close the apartment was to Moulin Rouge, I even told the taxi driver he must have the wrong location because it is literally around the corner from the Moulin Rouge.  The location was perfect with the Metro just a few minutes away and also a nearby bus which took us straight to the Louvre.  There are also lovely cafes and shops around the corner and Sacre Coeur was also within walking distance. 

When I arrived I was met by Billy who was really helpful and always on hand should I need anything. I met Francois on my third day and he was also very nice and willing to do anything to make our stay pleasant. As for the accommodation, it had everything we needed and plenty of space for all six of us. Le Duplex was very open, had some wonderful artwork as well as plenty of reading material, and there was a courtyard for our use. Le Mini was great for myself and even had a kitchenette for things like making tea (which is important because I'm English). Our only issue in Le Duplex was the hairdryer but when we mentioned it both Billy and Francois were quick to provide us with another one. Francois also allowed us to keep our luggage in a safe place on the last day since our flight was in the evening and they called a car service to take us to the airport. In short I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Loft Paris and would be more than happy to stay again.

Great location!

We found it great. The Duplex is a cozy and pleasant accommodation in a completely quiet little alley. Super location. Kitchen very nice and practical. Everything as on the homepage, maybe not quite as clean.;)

Nice accommodation for a few very nice days in Paris

Once again I'm staying in this place outside of time. This time it's the mini I took. A perfect studio for the touch n down on Paris. The unpaired furniture, the tranquility of the place and maybe the pavements of the impasse stop time in this corner of Paris and in this foot on the ground. It's discreet, placed right next to a bustling neighborhood if you want next to the subway if you need... well located, I like this corner.

Out of time

We stayed in the duplex.  It's a lovely apartment and a good location.  Francois was great and very helpful both before and during our stay.  If we are ever in Paris again this is our preferred place to stay.  Would definitely recommend staying here to our friends and family.

Fantastic place to stay

It's a charming place to stay in Paris in the typical Montmartre neighborhood, ideally located near the Moulin Rouge and yet quiet as if you were in the countryside, with all the shops and amenities around with an excellent new restaurant Le Sanglier Bleu just below the apartments.

We rent apartments in the city of Verón very regularly and we are always very welcome there. The location is ideal, the decor is warm.

It's a great apartment, ideally located.

We had a great family time at the Loft (Duplex). A very pleasant, well-arranged, well-placed and very quiet apartment in the heart of Paris and at the foot of Montmartre. Many shops nearby (Lepic Street). Very good welcome. An excellent address in Paris with a lot of charm.

Calm, charming and almost everything.

First i was a little bit scared as you have to cross a tiny pathway just next to Moulin Rouge at Pigalle.
But Francois is a perfect houselord with stylish appartment : duplex perfect for two full families, frigo packed, shiny living room and cosy neighborhood. For those who want to experience Paris, not just visit! 
We visited with kids of 7-14 ages and they loved the place. Thx !
