We stayed in the apartments (they have two apartments side by side) for the second time the last two years. Like every apartment in Paris it is small, but equipped with everything you need, the beds are comfortable. One is facing a small side road, the other one the back Yard, means it is quit and we could keep our Windows open. And yes: The apartments could be renovated a bit. But: The Location itself is perfect, really just a few minutes away from the Eifel Tower and the Arc de Triumph. Oliver is a great and supportive host, booking was easy. We came one hour early but received the key promptly. Oliver offered us even a view from his roof top terrace, excellent.

This guy is a CON ARTIST!! He STOLE $1000 from me!! He said we came too late when we had already arranged a late night check in when I booked. Our flight didn't land until late, HE KNEW THIS, and when we got to the apartment around midnight, he REFUSED to let us in or even check in the next morning. He said he CANCELLED our reservation and was KEEPING our money!! We were exhausted, and homeless in Paris until after 2am, and out $1000!! I hope the karma bus backs up and runs this guy over twice!!

The apartment is conveniently located from the train station to a half-block which is excellent in mobility; a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower; and nearby places to eat. The bad thing I found was that the apartment is too small; we were two people and there was only a duvet for a bed; al.ser apartment did not have a washing machine or directions where to wash clothes; in the photos it looks as if you had a view of the tower; but the view is from the owner's apartment which allows you to see only the day you arrive; additional charges you 50 euros to arrive after 6 pm when flights arrive much later; personally thought it was because you lived far away; but you do not live two floors further from the apartment. finally and finally, the owner of the credit card that was above the apartment where the respaldo was located, and the view is from the owner's apartment which allows you to see only the day you arrive; additional charges you 50 euros for arriving after 6 pm when flights arrive much later; you personally thought it was because you lived two floors away from the apartment.

A few days in Paris.

I write a lot of reviews and this is the first time I’ve ever written a negative one on TripAdvisor.  Owner is greedy and inconsiderate of families. He cancelled my reservation due to me arriving just before midnight. He stole my money worth 3 nights stay.  I saw this place and it was not very clean.  Finding the place is a bit difficult. Very rude owner. I would be wary of staying here. 

Dirty place and rude non compassionate 

What should I say? Before I stayed in Paris, this studio called me and I can only look forward to it. Our host, Olivier, very kindly put the small dishes in the big ones so that we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. A welcome we rarely meet. The studio is perfectly equipped and nothing; the bedding is no better, as soon as you put your head on the ear, you go to the land of dreams. The environment is also very calm. One thing is for sure, we will go back there. Cerise on the cake, we had the opportunity to access Olivier's apartment located on the eighth floor and there, look at the view of Paris. If you do not miss these studios, you will be booked a trip to Paris.
