Near the center, large apartment, direct access to the parking lot. but the kitchen had knives and dirty dishes, also had 2 glasses of wine with a finger of dust and grease, the light of the extractor bell was all splashed with grease. the bathroom had no hair dryer, no shower carpet. it is mounted as a residence.

Well situated, but difficult to reach with the navigator.

Second three-day visit to an apartment on the second floor overlooking the street with a little noise on the weekend, comfortable mattress but we regretted the absence of a toaster and a citrus press!

It's a good location!

We stopped for a night as a pass to Barcelona.The residence is located in an excellent position, practically two steps from the centre, on Sundays and all shops are closed.A couple of tourist restaurants around the centre.We come to the property,there are I think all well-furnished rooms and equipped with a clean kitchen.Clean rooms and bathrooms, unique picnic areas,a little hard mattress and poor breakfast.

It is located in a central location with a large bathroom and a good private garage at a very good price. The apartment is also convenient and well equipped. Very attentive reception by the extremely friendly staff. The accommodation is also a retirement seat, so there are almost only elderly people present.

Large and clean apartment

The residence is in a very central location. Clean and roomy (40 sq metres), with a huge bathroom. Everything is new (it even smells of new), the bed is very comfortable,... You really can't fault the accommodation. It has everything you'd want, and the price is more than good. 

I can understand one of the reviewers complaint about the legality of having a seniors residence doubling as a hotel. It is indeed a residence. And a very nice one as well. I will probably even go back because it is the best lodging (price-quality-location) in Perpignan (I'm going there quite often) but I'll say it looks quite unethical. 

Fantastic

The apartments are very comfortable and large. The staff is brilliant and very attentive. Especially our interpreter, who translated us despite being an auxiliary nurse!! But very attentive, a plus for her!!! Yes. A very quiet place, and located in the best area, next to the center. The breakfast is a little poor, and as the only stick, the mattress is overly hard.

Hotels for rent

It's a quiet area and close to the city centre and very centrally located. Very good location. The place is a nursing home and also a hotel. We were not bothered by this situation. Very attentive reception with the client. Lunch is a bit poor compared to the big buffets of other hotels.

 Price and location well situated.

Nightmare to find and park. We ended up in multi story by the hotel costs 20 euros for the night but secure. Staff did not speak good English on arrival...got to our room and was great size, had a nice kitchen and sitting room and bed was comfortable. great size bathroom. wifi was hard to log onto and only one device per person.
No hairdryer in room..... Breakfast very very basic, no fruits or cereal and only cherry jam and honey, bread rolls and fruit juice. Very clean.

Mixed review

The kitchen is very well equipped with everything necessary. The bathroom is very large and functional. There is a large flat screen TV station and wifi for those who want to use a computer. The possibility of taking meals for a very affordable price in a restaurant room on the ground floor. The framework makes one feel comfortable for many days in these places if necessary. The price of the room in this month of January 2016 is 68 euros municipal tax included. The staff is friendly, at the right and competent. There is a residence for elderly people in the same place. The calmed room is accommodated.
