A hotel (three rooms) next to the Avel Vor restaurant (the same owners). A nice, spacious room. But breakfast unworthy of the price (€131). A coffee shop in the room, a cane and two crumbs (only one per person) dropped off in the hallway at 8 a.m.

That's disappointing.

Very nice, bright room with private terrace, located two minutes from a small harbour and very close to the city center. Modern and spacious bathroom, separate toilets, very good bed. We had two very pleasant nights, I recommend!

Disappointed with this establishment made to forget the sea view as described on the site there are only 3 bedrooms a terrace on the roof with screws for the reception it is nonexistent breakfast laid out in front of the door of the room the 8 o'clock rod and grooves for the WiFi it is impossible to connect so the restaurant is just below the hall of the rooms is filled with kitchen smell... the owners put everything on the restaurant which must be exquisite given the prices so you have to look carefully before booking

Very correct room, nice shower but big problem of reception by the owner pointing at her watch because we arrive at 8.30pm and there are 3 couples installed in LE gastronomic restaurant. So welcome at the door of the gastronomic restaurant (good but very expensive). Like picdelamirandole, I have been to the same place and even felt and especially no change or reading reviews since time? In 2016 and 2017: already bad reviews on continental breakfast (lol) served in the room (lol!) I confirm in 2018 it is still the catalyst: little or not enough dosets for the machine, 1 tiny pot of strawberry to offer the first kitchen, the second: a tiny: no bread and fresh produce to say nothing.

Serious reception and service problem - sea view??

Very friendly and modern room, a bathroom at the top, nice terrace ideal for breakfast with croissants, chocolate bread and fresh bread with a store that allows enough privacy. Very pleasant and very organized welcome!

We stayed for 3 nights. The reception was very pleasant, the staff is very friendly and professional. The room is of great decorative quality in the smallest details. The terrace, large in grey wood, overlooking the building in front is not at all uncomfortable because it is decorated with tendence taste. The small harbor is a few steps away. It is nice to find your breakfast laid on a pretty star in front of the door, with great discretion. We keep this address precious and... we will return with great pleasure!

Had to call the lady on arrival as she doesn't live there (the rooms are located on top of the restaurant's kitchen, and the restaurant was closed on sunday).

Breakfast was very basic. They delivered a bag from the bakery with 2 croissants, 2 chocolate pastries and a half baguette for 2 persons in front of our room door. There was also orange juice, some yoghurt and 1 little cup of jam. (check picture). 

We arrived at sunday and as the restaurant is not open on monday, we also had the extra jam and orange juice for tuesday morning too. Luckely the bread was there on monday and tuesday so that was fresh :-)

The view was NOT "garden view" but a terrace looking onto an apartment building and some plants. At least we didn't get the "ocean view" which costed 30 euro per night extra, because that was really a small strip of ocean when looking between two buildings.
On top of that the rooms are located ON TOP of the kitchen of the restaurant and the ventilation of that kitchen made a horrible high pitched noise. Had to ask specifically to shut it off.

I would not recommend this "B&B" if you're a tourist. The village is nothing really special and the rooms are pricy for what they offer. We stayed there 3 nights and it was more then enough. If I hadn't payed up front, I'd maybe would have left earlier.
