Very good stay. A nice receptionist and attentive. The apartment is well-arranged, quiet and 5 minutes from the Station. Very good price ratio. The Singemerle Station is also nice with cable car for nice hikes

Nice and calm

Cottage ideally placed 400 places to put tracks. warm welcome from Delphine always the smile it's pleasant.!!!! Nickel apartment for 6 people. A few small improvements but frankly we had a wonderful stay.

It's perfect.

Not bad for a week, but we had to do the cleaning and the dishes again when we arrived. The closets in one room are half usable because they're blocked by the beds. There's also no outside table to enjoy the terrace. Otherwise ideally located five minutes from the village. Lots of activities around. I still remember it well.

Good for a week.

It's a very nice place, very quiet, very quiet, very comfortable, very clean. We've seen it in the mountains. 😍 The village is beautiful and very lively and everyone is very friendly. We had a wonderful stay and discovered a beautiful area.

Have a good vacation.

Arriving late at night, the beds were made and the bathroom was drained... impeccable cleanliness and the kitchen is very well equipped... small balcony overlooking a small well-maintained garden. The place is very quiet and parking is available for each apartment... The correct rooms and separated by the living room:-) TV and even wifi at the reception...which allowed us to be calm Qd the children are there :-) Thank you very much to the receptionist for her availability and perfect assistance as well as her helpful advice on the resort and the area!

It's amazing.

Disappointing, very small apartment for a very minimalist 6 people. We were not warned beforehand that we were going to receive an apartment for people with reduced mobility, well suited for these people. But not for a valid person. Positive point The building is soundproofed well. I really felt like I had been blurred on my booking.

What to Avoid

We discovered on arrival at 13.00 that we could not book in or leave our bags in a safe place, as there were no staff and the reception was closed until 17.00.  We returned later to discover over 30 odd bags queued up outside, with people waiting to check in, and the shutters down.  The receptionist issued us with an "inventory" which we were to fill in and return.  It was almost impossible to understand, the translation was so poor. Rather than provide an inventory you are required to count the number of plug sockets, lights, switches, plates etc, and also assess whether they needed replacing or fixing.  It was the strangest set up i've ever encountered.  We spoke to the receptionist who I believe has created the document to her best ability and she couldn't see why we did not want to spend the next two hours grading the condition of the ceilings, walls, skirting, floors of every room, and locating and documenting the condition of every item within the flat. Basically doing her job.  There was difficulty communicating with the language barrier, but it was clear she was irritated and not best pleased.  We decided to simply note and photograph any obvious damage, scratches, rather than waste any more time. The two bedroom apartment is supposed to sleep 6, two on the sofa bed.  However if you open up the sofa bed you would have no room to move around the dining table, pushing it into the standing space required for the kitchen and to get into and out of the bedrooms. There is no additional storage for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed, and as stated in other posts the second bedroom's wardrobe in only partial accessible due to the bunk bed being less than a foot from it.  There would be no space for cases belongings etc. In addition the sofa bed we had had no back cushions just two tiny random ones thrown on so you couldn't even relax and sit back on the sofa. The duvet's had to be the worst i have ever seen, ragged at the edges, fraying with dog hairs and looking very much like they need replacing. I am sad to say I when i saw them i said i wouldn't even let my dog sleep on it. You have the option of paying for the apartment to be cleaned at the end of the week or clean it yourself.  Along with a list of jobs that must be done, the flat was littered with laminated sheets itemising everything you would be charged for if your end of week cleaning was not up to scratch. It felt like you were in a barracks rather than relaxing, with warnings issued in reception and the lift.   A very poor start. I would not stay here again nor recommend it.  On a positive note the mattresses were firm, the flat was warm and the water was hot.  It was close to amenities and lifts.  However the attitude and treatment of residences is pretty poor, they do not seem concerned about service and ensuring the guests feel welcome, instead treating them as inconvenience to be squeezed in at a time that suits them.  Not very good at all.

Location good, but disappointing set up

Stay 1 week in August. Welcome and small pot on Sunday evening for the presentation of the various activities to do on the resort (good idea). Nice nice residence with stone and wood, private parking (very convenient), well soundproofed, human-sized comfortable functional apartment (we were 3 persons for a capacity of 6) with balcony. 2 bedrooms (1 large bed and 2 beds overlapped, for 6 the bathroom sofa will be the bed), comfortable beds, closets in the 2 bedrooms. Just a bemole with the one of the bedroom which is half blocked by the overlapping beds. S with car, etc.

A good and pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant week in the cottage of the Eterlou. Clean, well equipped apartment, spacious and quiet enough. Magnificent lake, a few kilometers away, to see! Super acrobatic course for children nearby.... And great thanks to the hostess for her kindness. Very nice, welcoming person and with a smile:) Karima.

All right.

Very quiet, perfectly soundproofed. Really comfortable, pleasant, well equipped and very clean. People available and welcoming. A top rental. But: - an obsession with housekeeping a little heavy. On arrival: a one-and-a-half page state of the place.
