When I arrived at the residence in 2018 I was able to see services that were much lower and of lower quality than those advertised, I was naturally content being a student I had to do my year and the past few months I stayed not necessarily for pleasure, but recently the direction has changed and the one that this residence / hotel is taking too, I am very pleasantly surprised by these changes with a friendly, arranged direction and which in contrast to the old one is highly appreciated, I naturally recommend without reservation,

Change more than expected

The service is of very good quality, the manager went back and forth for 4 hours only to bring us the keys we had forgotten, and the ones with the smile. Staying there is nice, we can count on the people who work here. Besides this residence is well located and we feel good, I highly recommend!

That's a great service.

I was an exchange student studying in Saint Etienne for a semester. I was greeted and shown my well furnished room. There were some items necessary to purchase, however the room had just been freshly painted and cleaned upon my arrival! 

I had to leave France in a hurry due to COVID-19 which resulted in my luggage being left at the residence. The manager Olivia went above and beyond in helping me get my luggage sent back to Canada! Overall a great stay at Jules Ferry!

Outstanding Service

As a tenant for the last few years, I have seen the greens and the walls in this residence which was run by two very unpleasant women who had no professional conscience, no care, knowing that the rental price is not lower! This year I was going to leave because these two women made my life hard, but the arrival of a new manager has given a new breath to this residence, the changes are spectacular in terms of quality of service, hospitality, cleanliness, we are so well received by his person that we feel like we are in a star hotel. In any case the arrival of this director discouraged me from leaving the residence!

A radical change

My room was disgustingly dirty. Crumbs and actual PILLS across the floor. Absolutely revolting. Internet was terrible quality as well, and the two women who work in the front office are the rudest people I met in the whole city.

Go elsewhere

Very bad experience (see pictures). The studiò was dirty, bed was broken, and the blinds out of order! The staff is totally indisposed towards guests just told me to book somewhere else!! Price vas 480€/month for 14 square meters.

Horrible

Having already known and appreciated the channel  stay and business  I thought I was getting back to the quality of service that was dear to me. What a mistake: firstly, I learn two days before breakfast would not be served on Monday and Tuesday. Okay, okay I'll just have coffee later. Secondly, I didn't get any messages in advance containing the procedure for getting the keys for my late arrival.

Not up to the rate and the lesson

The staff are not really up to the services they offer. It's a desirable attitude. Just wanting to say, but are there managers who pay attention to what they're told?

a lot of negative

I'm currently staying in this hotel apartment and I don't really recommend it! The price is not justified in view of the services, the housekeeping is not done (I have to take off 3 times for someone to take care of my room) and when someone comes the result is really unsatisfactory (unchanged vascular fluid, uncleaned bathroom, unwashed dust, unwashed floor...) Breakfast will not talk about it.

I'm not sure.

I don't recommend the residence, especially for students, I have resided myself in studios and it's not really worth the cost, nor the blow, the apartments come back very expensive and yet they're not so big as that, the comfort is less (there's too little space, especially to store your belongings, and in all the rooms).
