Safety and hygiene: never seen in a 4-star pool, the safety gates are not functional, algae are constant, (no information about the mandatory water quality records, are they just made?); poorly ventilated housing, no openings except for the glass berries, we slept on the terrace and bought fans because the VMC is hyperaccumulative, no smoke detector...; damaged lighting and no isolation in the campsite; old furniture, worn display panels, stripped and without information...

Mobil home for 5/7 people if you count the sofa/basement table/bed and honestly the 70cm wide beds in the bedrooms... I've never seen that! A mini fridge top for the whole family: clearly not enough, forced to go shopping every day, and we were only 4! A warmth to grow in the mobile home, no climate and especially not even a fan offered for rent by the campsite while we were in heat alert (ah on the other hand they barbecue barbecues hein, logical). In short, I let you imagine the m*rd nights we spent banging against the walls and boiling 10 hot sauces a night because of the reception and the lack of air.

Really disappointed

We booked in this campsite based on the fact that it was a 4* as well as for the location and swimming pool with slides. We were 3 adults and 1 child and we had booked a mobile home  5-7 people . What a disappointment to see the old and tiny accommodation with only 2 bedrooms (minuscules) including one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds (2 floors and a vase). The simple beds are 70cm wide so not at all suitable for adults because we didn't stop to hit the wall space at night.

Where do the four stars come from?

Owner of an extremely kind, very well located campsite 5mns walk from the market and the city centre, morning, noon, afternoon and evening entertainment, kids club, heated swimming pool with slide and I'm passing, really to see, I'll go back without any hesitation

We had booked a place with individual toilets for sixteen nights. I read that some people complain about the noise (pool music, animations...). You just have to go to the campsite to see that it is very simple, a shower, a sink and a toilet, and outside a kitchen sink, private too. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. You just have to go to the campsite to see that it is particularly geared towards families with children, and that there are animations accordingly!

An excellent value for money

We just spent a week in a mobile home with a friend and our kids. It was a really great week. The campsite and very well located and shaded. The staff is just top. Special mention to Mathias and his famous good appetite, good apero and full of kisses a little ritual every night in the campsite aisles that gives a smile 😁 The kids broke out between the pool, the inflatable castle, the kids club and the themed nights

It was a really nice week at the campsite.

We spent two nights at this campsite, the toilets weren't cleaned during that time, bad smell, poor hygiene... a broken pool slab, dangerous for children.

Dirty toilets

Home furniture is tiny, even if you don 't live in the bedroom there's just room to make your bed. Too small storage, no heat insulation. Escape if you're looking for the tranquility of a campsite in the countryside, noisy entertainment, gym swimming pool at 9: 00 in the morning that you hear very loud because the sono is placed on the overhead terrace, karaoke and evenings with very strong sono that prevent you from spending a quiet evening.

To avoid if you're looking for the quiet of the countryside, a lot of noise from the animations and very late in the evening

Camping which has potential but which would need some improvements. Ideally located on the edge of the lot. Saint Geniez d'olt accessible by a path along the lot, very nice. The pool is also nice. On the other hand if you are looking for a quiet vacation it is not the ideal camping. Music all day that resonates throughout the campsite. Access to the campsite is open to all non-campers so some nights it is very noisy. It is notified that each location is equipped with a water point which is not the case. The sanitation workers will need a little refreshment and a little more space in the showers.

Camping with potential

Very high-end campsite. Very welcoming staff, good location, very nice swimming pool. Very pleased with our stay. Our bungalow was well located, very comfortable and very clean. We will return without any problems.
