You pay for a 4 star hotel and you have the services for 1.
If you stay longer than few days you shall change linen by yourselves.
Sauna and steam bath not working.
For the inside pool the showers  and change rooms cabines may not be closed.
Maintenance status is very poor almost all around inside and outside.

Stay away : No real value for the money

Really disappointed, it was our Christmas present, two nights in the room in the booking residence that doesn't specify that at this time the spa and restaurant are unavailable. We left before, no isolation we hear those next door and underneath, we were picked up at 6am by the neighbors waking up. The heating makes a terrible noise, we cut it off at night. A pear-sized bathtub to hold in the hand. Very bad litter, one side where you can smell the springs. Not very clean room, full of dust. Damage to the view and the location of the site which also has a good parking lot.

A bad experience

I had to go at the end of August 2023 and I had to cancel 7 months before and they didn't want to pay me back the deposit of 290€ it's inadmissible not only does it pocket 290€ but in 7 months they're going to take over the housing by putting 290€ back in their pocket without any scruples it's not honest at all it's shameful and I'm still waiting for the refund!!!! it's okay I'm going to go through a competent body that will help me get them back!!! we don't let people like this who take a year to save it's inadmissible!!!

I'm going to tell you something.

Old house, VVF style of the sixties, mixed reception, Stalinist regulations, limited maintenance. No flexibility with the client.....to avoid for couples without children. Poor quality/price ratio, nothing to do with a hotel, no housekeeping or changing sheets that are gray dirty originally!

A VVF, past a hotel!

A pleasant stay in this hotel, a neat and clean room, a nice swimming pool and bar, good restaurant service and very good chef-cooked dishes, a willing and serious boss, a variety of activities around, I recommend this establishment.

Family stay

Apartment with spartiate furniture and old couch which is no longer early youth very medium bed litter quality report very medium price however very good breakfast and indoor and outdoor swimming pools to recommend

Staying as a couple

The location and staff are very nice, the map is top for fish lovers but not given a family establishment and plus two swimming pools one indoor and one outdoor.

It's a nice frame.

We came here a few years ago and we loved it this time we found the dirty room stains on the curtain, questionable sheets we are asked to leave to empty the trash can and bring it to the outdoor trash can.

Disappointment

We came here three years ago without any worries but here, big disappointment. The cleaning was beyond the limit. Brown markings on the bathroom and bathroom doors, hair in the bathtub, garbage in the kitchen trash.
