We stayed at this hotel. Very clean comfortable with air con and an outdoor pool. Hotel staff were very welcoming and spoke exceptional English. Plenty of parking. Easy access to motorway and D roads. Super shopping centre within walking distance. Boulangerie near by to as well as a beer & spirit shop/bar with music. I'd recommend for a stop off while traveling through France. 
This review is for the restaurant onsite. 
Worthy of 5 stars. The food is exceptional. Reasonably priced & very busy. Fresh produce just cooked to perfection with flavour after flavour. Well worth a visit even if you are not staying at the hotel. We had duck and fish mains. Plentiful choice. Lovely desserts to. Motor/Campervans could potentially park on the lane nearby.  Wonderful management & friendly helpful staff.

Fabulous stay & fantastic food in their restaurant

Old room, stained carpet, noisy air and noises of floodwaters coming from the ground floor, hard bed, flat pillows and a single take in the room... deserves barely two stars.

He doesn't deserve his three stars.

Good accommodation, but quite old hotel. Interior and room not modern. Damaged furniture, fresco paint, dirty beds and cigarette burns holes. Blatant details that cannot be missed by the housekeeping department!

Passable

Stayed in this hotel for  2 nights.in  this hotel. The hotel  is ja short distance from the main road and is in a small semi industrial /commercial zone  but is very quiet and trees shielded my view of other buildings. there is sufficient free parking in the hotel grounds.  The hotel  has a small swimming pool which was lovely as it the weather was very hot during our visit. The hotel clean, my room was quiet and had excellent and almost quiet air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable,  My room had no safe.  Breakfast was adequate tough the coffee was terrible, this improved on the second morning with a new machine but was weaker than I  like. We had dinner in the hotel which was simple but well cooked. the large commercial zone was a short drive, about 3 minutes  and access to Mont Marsan centre about 4 to 5 minutes by car. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again if visiting the area.

Comfortable Family Run Hotel

We stayed for one night just to make a stop, we arrived in the middle of the night, nice, friendly staff, freshly renovated bathroom corner, a comfortable bed perfect for one night to recharge these batteries to continue our journey, a quiet place.

Pleasantly surprised

During 2020 week 35 I overnighted 5 times, during such week.
First thing I see when I reach an Hotel is bed's interior (i.e., sheets cleanliness at first-sight).
Most unfotunately although sheets were indeed as whiote as my eyes could notice, I found a very long hair knot nearby the pillow, where my head was suppose to lay over).
I did not report it and just throw such small "hair doll" to the toillet.
The very last day, before I live the Hotel for the checkout, I re-noticed the presence of a similar thing,  also placed nearby my pillow. So it seems that, at least that night (from the 27 top the 28 of August 2020) I slept with "a massive" "hair-doll" close to my head, near the pillow.
I swear that I have my hair three millimeters long and that thing was certainly 20 or more centimeters long. Not from me!
Another issue that I would take this opportunity to point out: shower really bad design! The water is with good pressure and good temperature, but there is no guard that properly keeps the water from literally flooding the rest of the room. Shower's drain does not have necessary capacity for avoiding such flood, so that, the majority of times you will have a damped carpet outside the bath-room.
It's quite simple to correct this issue: just build a small wall with 10 to 15 cm high and the problem is gone.
Other than the above noticed, this Hotel is very clean, very much COVID-19 prepared, and, above all: the Hotel's personnel very helpful, customer-focused, friendly and nice to deal with.

Used to this hotel, we eat well, we sleep well and calmly, the only small reproach is the knocking of the doors but it's worse I recommend after several stays in this establishment, friendly reception and professional staff

The hotel is located close to the main roads for one stage. It has a large parking lot. The rooms are old but comfortable. A short but price-friendly breakfast. The hotel staff are friendly and available.

Aging but fairly priced

Hotel located near commercial area. Ideal for a stage party, nothing special, clean room. Bed for 140 for 2 people so a little small (but room availability is certainly limited tonight)

Very good welcome even late, good meal I recommend the chiperons... the hotel is very quiet. you will have the being sport and RMC sport chains.
