We spent the last week of August in this residence.The cottage was well equipped inside, but too close to the neighbours on the terrace (separated by a balcony), the pool was frozen so not heated, there was no foot in it (except on the first three steps).The temperature is good in the paved area.

It's a nice place to stay for 8 persons, ideal for a quiet holiday and relaxation.

Staying

Despite a few we did well to book in Soulac in this quiet residence secured, friendly setting, and tree-lined, nice well-maintained pool, in the apartment Nothing missing main room can be a little out for 6 but ideal for 4, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor a proper bathroom, close to the beach 10 min walk shops also accessible on foot in a quarter of an hour

Resting stay

Currently on the site of the sandfields, I'm in a bad mood. The rental condition is deplorable, the edges are unmaintained, the access to the property is open to all winds while I was alerted to safety when I arrived. A curtain just fell into the children's room. The sofa bed was broken. The tiles are breaking and the following joints are shattering..... No outside lighting or lighted marking.

It's awful.

Apartment 2 rooms very nice, clear, very clean, with a very large balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Very complete equipment, the only point of departure is the quality of the bedding (low quality foam mattress). Residence near the centre of Soulac (a few minutes by car or bike). Ocean at 800 m. unbeatable off-season reductions. To improve the WiFi still absent in the apartments:

We rented a cottage for 8 people in the autumn. Big disappointment when we arrived: the house is poorly maintained (especially the bathroom on the ground floor) aging and uncomfortable. The furniture is used and broken (chairs, bedspreads), the bedding is of very poor quality, the same for the tiny BZ of the living room that is failing. The old electric plates are working poorly and have trouble heating, there are few dishes.

That's a disappointment.

Dirty and poorly maintained accommodation is quiet but any interior property is to be replaced electric household bedding beautiful location and Soulák is a beautiful city

Fleeing

I read the reviews after my booking, I got a little worried wondering where we were going... And finally we were pleasantly surprised! The residence is clean and well maintained, the apartment where we were and well equipped and not as old as some photos I could see in reviews... Although the residence is on an important axis and close to a campsite we were not disturbed by the noise (our accommodation was on the campsite) The staff is welcoming and professional. We even had the chance to be overclassed:) The little bemool would be the swimming pool that is not heated, it is a little cool in the morning:))

Resting

The air in the very well cut apartment was very moist and sticky! At the end of our vacation we noticed by cracking the cabinet that the back of the cabinet and the wall were fused to the surface.

Nice apartment with mold rain.

We spent a week here during our summer holidays. Our house was very dirty. There was dust, sand and spider webs everywhere. The kitchen was so dirty (brushes in the drawers, food residue on the pots, in the fridge and freezer) that we stopped cooking here. A large part of the inventory (almost all the dessert lamps) was defective, the furniture was shaky and partially unusable (sun umbrella and stands). The equipment is generally unlocked. To clean up we barely had more than a few old-fashioned items. On our complaint, we were told that the house was being cleaned sooner the next day. We wanted to meet the next day. This has never happened to us. This has never happened to another person. So if we want to keep the house clean, we can at least one day, if we want to keep it clean.
