We had to get married since June 2020 (two date shifts... due to COVID), we had 2 increases in the menus... Not negligible per person (49.5€ initial amount then 51.5€ to pay with the COVID constraints the menu 55.5€), idem for the next day... With an increase of +2€ per person. We had a nearly total change in the wine of honor at the dessert while we had asked for confirmation of possible maintenance of the menus (we bought menus... because they were already printed... and all this pre-empted 2 months before receipt).

It's a nice frame, but...

It's a delicious out-of-time stage, spacious and very clean rooms with wide windows and a view of a large park, and despite the proximity of the National Square, the rooms on the other side are very quiet.

Three pleasant steps

We spent a night at the castle. Outside, the building is beautiful in a tree-lined park. Inside, but especially at the room level, it would still take a breath of fresh air: scrambled wallpaper among other things. Small negative points such as a single soap for a double room for example. Another black dot, the room on the terrace side, holidaymakers came to dinner at a late hour causing quite a bit of noise, the inconvenience lasted until over 11 p.m.

Things to Revisit

I was invited for a romantic weekend in this castle on arrival from the outside I said to myself SUPER but when I got inside the enthusiasm fell back the reception was cold, the person had a lot of trouble finding the room reservation, what to say?

Night at the FLOP

So when we arrived, we didn't know what name the room was reserved under, so we mentioned our two names. As we do every time we booked at the hotel or restaurant, we never worried until now. So it was very easy for the person at the reception to check his register and quickly had to check what name the room was called by. So when we arrived, we didn't have to check a bac+23 to look for two names, and that's all the more so that we didn't have to pay for two rooms reserved in this hotel. So when we finally got to the hotel, the boss of the hotel was going to say that the next time we booked a small blue card, so I could tell him that the next time we booked the next time we booked the card, it was no longer possible. So when I saw the first time we booked the card, she said no doubtlessly that it was impossible to repay it, but I hadn't paid for it, and I asked her to pay for it, and we made a phone call to the hotel. I'd booked a triple room with dinner and breakfast at one stage in return for a vacation This booking was made by phone, I'd given an imprint of my CB and at my request I'd received a confirmation by email. I wanted to make a bad surprise and end the vacation in beauty with my 11-year-old niece From the beginning of arrival everything was catastrophic The reception was very cold, the arrival in the room wasn't quite the same as I had booked, from a triple room, we ended up in a double room where a folding bed had been added near the bathroom radiator.

Run away run away

No, there's no elevator, no, the decor isn't tied, but it's all quickly forgotten, an exceptional quiet, a clean room, a very good bunk, and to top it all off, an excellent table, with copious plates and really delicious dishes,

An evening I'll never forget

A week-long night in August, a very pleasant welcome in a nice setting, a room and bathroom of good standing, a very good breakfast in a nice setting.

A very nice and unpalatable stop.

Stayed for one night on our way down to the south of France. Very friendly service, dinner was delightful on the shady terrace with a huge garden for the children to explore between courses. Rooms good size, beds comfy, everywhere very clean but bathrooms in need of an update!

Super location and service

I give and it is well deserved 5 beautiful stars (which we also have in our eyes) at this hotel, the reception is professional, the places are beautiful and without a doubt a soothing atmosphere for the soul. It inspires respect and calmness, it feels out of time, really human hours where the thought begins to live. The meal is a graceful ride for the papayas. For me, pintade farcia and my companion, back of Cabillaud, solid dishes that make you enjoy living in it, accompanied by a Bordeaux that makes the Everest taste to the top of the cuisine of the table!
