This establishment with a lot of potential, the location is top and the staff too. First of all, it's the boss that needs to be changed, a dirty character, he has absolutely nothing to do with tourism. Then it's all the decoration that needs to be reviewed starting with the bedding, the ears, Mediocre.

What a gachi.

Simple but very clean room with everything necessary to make a coffee or tea. Very welcome, we were a group with all the dogs, the stay was smooth.

Great group time with 20 dogs.

Obsolete 1970s/80s hotel: uncomfortable bed, old nylon bed, decorated with old pollen posters on carpeted walls certainly laid down about 40 years ago. Restoration: very good vegetable soup to start with but industrial duck confection accompanied by a few overcooked potatoes and floating quality Metro. No mask by the boss, no gel available. A friendly watercourse with geese to discover in the park.

Back in the past (amateur only)

A night's stay. It's going to be a remarkable one. A very old hotel. A carpet on the walls in the rooms. A welcome home. You have to make every corner of the hotel to find someone.

Very well located in a nice park but seriously needing renovation in the dim rooms and really more to the taste of the day.

Acknowledgement: No one at the hotel reception, I could have waited a long time if a client hadn't told me that the 3 nights reserved with my bank, he showed himself very rude including verbally and left me there, and having exceeded the time limit (14h - 19h), the owner put me at the door at nightfall, I was 5 months pregnant and I was driving for almost 4 hours. Malfeasance

A nice potential could have this hotel due to its geographical location and its huge park. But it has a great need for renovation, the carpet on the walls of the rooms was in 1970 when we arrived in DS. The place is quiet and the price ratio remains acceptable. If the small dej remains convenient..Maybe you should avoid dinner on site, for 19€ with entrance/flat we find much better in the corner. We were disappointed with a 1/2 melon in entrance and a duck (Metro) accompanied by 3 flat fries/2 a slice of its dough.. it was expensive The cold dessert at the wake with the absence of hot water.. a commercial has been appreciated.. for these reasons instead of 2 stars / flat we are much better in the corner.

A Plan B

I made a reservation at the park hotel. When I received the confirmation email, I found that the check-in time was only until 7 p.m. I contacted the hotel to ask if it was possible to postpone this time. I explained in particular that my spouse would not be able to make a reservation until 7 p.m., and that it would be difficult for us to be there at that time. The first answer from the hotel manager was  ALORS YOU MUST RESERVE ANOTHER!  I was shocked by the impoliteness and lack of flexibility of the hotel manager.

Scandalous growth and lack of flexibility

Thank you very much for your warm welcome. You are beautiful people and we felt at home. Simple room with access to the pool. Your duck and sardine potatoes were excellent. Not to mention your little house liqueur with raspberry. If you like simplicity and friendliness I recommend this hotel

Quiet and on the edge of the Vézère

A perfect welcome, we had booked a family room because we had our little boy of 14 years and the owner gave us a room for my husband and myself and our little boy had a room next door with a view of the pool, I find this very rare gesture in a hotel. The environment is very pleasant, at the end of the large park flows the Vézère, there is also a pool. The rooms are large, the bathroom is also and the calm is very appreciated. What about the breakfast buffet, and well you can't taste everything and it would be too long to list. Really very happy about our stay in the park hotel and that's sure we'll come back.
