We stayed one night at Madame Duchateau's house, and she was adorable and very kind to us, and the family room was very spacious and well furnished, and the cleanliness was impeccable, as was the bedding.

It's like home.

I stayed five days in this old house but renovated and I was greeted by the very kind and kind owner the room was very quiet and clean and the bed resting there was a faulty projector but no problem to see the stairs on the courtyard we could park three cars breakfast like in a hotel but with home jams made by the owner who stayed in the room to chat kindly I say a big thank you to Sylvie very kind and I will definitely come back

Staying in the Tunnel

Hello, we stayed in the family room. It is ideal for a couple and four children with a small terrace on the ground floor overlooking a garden. The house is quiet. The view of a small valley in the village is beautiful. Sylvie welcomes you with great courtesy. Go there on the road from the loire by bike, during visits to castles and tastings of Vouvray! Bye.

Very pleasant in the heart of the garden of France

I recommend the family room with its small private terrace and its view of its small, isolated and quiet garden. You can also use the kitchen if you want to cook.

Basic room but Clean. New shower and newly decorated. Separate toilet outside the room. Madame Sylvie was a lovely lady. Although she speaks no English and us no French, we got on very well. Breakfast as in most of France is croissant and baguette but with homemade jams!

Rustic French Home

A pleasant stay of three days in this private house made us appreciate even more the beautiful holiday in Touraine, at the beginning of October. We had an uncomfortable dinner with the family the first night, and with the only owner the other two nights, entering into unexpected conversations in a language not perfectly known by us.

Welcome and stay

We stayed four nights in this facility, a spacious, clean room with bathroom, Sylvie welcomed us and helped us with everything we needed, breakfast was plentiful, and every morning we ate a different homemade cake.

Great to see the Loire castles.

We arrived at 4.30pm and were asked to come back at 6. When we returned there seemed to be nobody there, despite calling repeatedly. Eventually the son appeared. Rooms basic, Romantique room gloomy and depressing, with insufficient, poor quality bedding and no pillow.  Shared use of bathroom with family. Breakfast basic, bread and coffee, no imagination. Welcome and reception was unimpressive. Best to avoid
