Comfortable room and perfectly good dinner and breakfast at a reasonable rate.  Plenty of choice on the menu and attentive service. Set in pleasant grounds and dogs welcome.  Maybe lacking a little in atmosphere but fine for a budget hotel.

Good stopover

This is a hotel we have used previously but unfortunately there was a change of management and the hotel left a great deal to be desired however since October last year there has been a new manager and what a difference.  I did not review last year as I wanted to make sure the change was not a here today gone tomorrow situation - well it is just getting better all the time.  The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities in the reception area are better (microwave to heat your meal) and the breakfast is very good value. Unfortunately company policy is now no dogs in the breakfast room other than assistance dogs but that is the only downside I could see.  There is a Buffalo Grill next to the hotel for dinner and the food is pretty good for a fast food restaurant. Hopefully we will be back in France in June if not sooner and yes we will be staying here again.

A good basic hotel

A little small but very functional room, very welcoming with a room assigned according to our wishes, attentive quality service, pleasant stay in this hotel and this beautiful city.

Hotel withdrawn from busy roads. Close to a Buffalo barbecue to rest. Good bedding. Quiet, clean and air-conditioned room. Very friendly receptionist. Full lunch perfectly fine. Clean tables. True to the B&B image

Well-located, clean hotel with a good bed

After a long drive this was just what we needed.  Greeted by a charming, friendly young man, who gave us a room on the ground floor with our car right outside the door.  Couldn't have been better.  The room was clean and comfortable, there was a grill almost next door, and by showing we were staying at the hotel we got a reduction there too.  The breakfast was very good.  In fact everything was just perfect for the weary travelers.

Just what we needed

Seeing the hotel cancel a booking scheduled this weekend I don't think it's professional at all, it's definitely the first and last time I've booked this place, and the least of it would be to contact the client to get him to get organized.

Not professional in booking

One night in this Alençon-Valframbert B&B for this Tuesday 24th of August, a very good B&B in Alençon, well placed, quiet that day, closed parking, Room for 4 with mezzanine, p'tit-déj. very correct, nice reception, a good address for a stopover in Alençon. Even a small flaw as for all B&Bs is that the phone booking goes by a 08... and therefore taxed, damage. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel without problem. A total addition of 105.90 euros for a family room with 4 mezzanine, 4 p'tit-déj and stay fees.

The setting is nice, the hotel is clean, quiet and Audrey's presence at the reception brings a note of freshness and cheerfulness, I highly recommend, including for the small evening snack around local produce beer, snacks etc.

It's a very nice place.

Very nice step in this chain hotel. The manager's casual and friendly home that does everything to remove the disadvantages of the pandemic. Comfortable room, well soundproofed. Very convenient on-site restoration. Lunch to take in the room or take away equivalent to the previous one. Perfect. We'll be back. Thank you.
