Totally disappointing friendly reception but it's all very noisy near the departmental and simple window glass rotten.

Deceiving to Avoid

Very well located and very comfortable, the staff is friendly and there is a secure car park (a point important to me).

Between land and sea

The rooms are expensive, simple and humid, the welcome of the owners is cold, no sympathy and correction towards the client, and breakfast is bad.

Fleeing Immediately

I can’t recommend this lovely hotel/motel enough.  The owner who runs the hotel is lovely, very helpful & accommodating.  Nothing is too much trouble.  If you’re looking for 5 star plush accommodation this isn’t you’re place but if you’re looking for 5 star customer care then it is! 
Only 5 minute drive to beautiful white sand beaches of Montalivet which are constantly manned by life guards, children / adults can join a surfing lesson or play an array of games on the beach.  Dogs are welcome everywhere which is something the UK need to learn from
The selection of restaurants is brilliant along with excellent supermarkets
Back to the hotel, plenty of parking, lovely fresh breakfast, excellent Covid 19 arrangements in place, the owner speaks great English.  The gardens are lovely with hammocks & sun loungers
I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels and not received such a lovely welcome or service as I did here, it was a last minute booking to escape the stresses of the past few months and it was a very good choice, rooms are clean & tidy, cleaned daily with fresh towels.  A lovely balcony to enjoy the evenings & no tv in my room which was the best result, I don’t go on holiday to watch tv so that was an awesome result for me

Lovely Place to Stay

Once again we enjoyed our very pleasant stay in several points: - close to the sea and all the activities offered in the corner - good nights of sleep - a very smiling and pleasant staff - the rental of bicycles - the garden with swing and small palm trees - a very complete breakfast - free wifi - the family spirit and more but that's basically what we enjoyed most 👍🏻

Quiet and resting by the sea

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The reception is very smiling, the manager is always available, dedicated and conciliatory. The hotel has a very nice, well-equipped park, but it lacks some maintenance. The rooms are very tidy and quiet. Compared to other establishments, however, it lacks air conditioning, swimming pool, hair dryer. The noise of the road, which is very loud, really hinders us from taking full advantage of the park. Fortunately, the rooms located further away are not affected by this noise. I recommend this hotel to people rather than for a long stay, considering the comments made above.

Very good hotel.

It's a nice surprise because it's an attractive price in the middle of August. It's a nice, friendly and very professional family home. It's a nice, relaxing setting where hammocks and transats call for relaxation. It's certainly not brand new but everything is clean and very functional.

100% recommended

The team is available at all times. A friendly bar too. It's not loud even if the road is not far. Room: - garden with small terrace, it's nice - it's not too small - however, it doesn't have a TV or air conditioning... - a problem with indoor or moisture smell, certainly due to the Atlantic air and the off-season closure. It would take a little heating in the bathroom which is freezing as soon as it's not hot. And we can't leave the bathroom door open to enjoy the room heating, because the bathroom windows won't keep clean from morning to day and in the case of a small closure in the middle of the night.

Nice motel.

We were passing by, we only spent one night in a big clean room, with no charm, which needs to be refreshed, the bathroom and toilet were outside, technically, it's very easy to design a door to go from the bedroom to the bathroom... a shame to have to go around!!! The price of 77 euros is too high compared to these drawbacks. No TV in the room.

A little old.

We didn't know the area and were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very welcoming, in a green setting. The owners are very attentive to their customers. Renting a bicycle is very appreciated in an area where there is no shortage of cycle paths. We will return very safely and longer.
