This is an address that will instantly make you fall in love with the North. This magnificent old mansion is a real curiosity shop, the rooms are decorated with taste and great cleanliness. Christine is really charming and welcoming. She serves you a good breakfast and exchanges with her guests many anecdotes. Truly an address that we are not ready to forget and where we will definitely return on another trip to this beautiful region just a few steps from Lille, Roubaix and its exceptional museums.

A royal visit to Queen Christine

Queen Christine is a character! Come and discover her colorful and shifty world. I've spent a week with a lot of fun; like at home! The bed is falling down, the house is beautiful and the location is ideal. You have the highway 5 minutes by car and the tram is accessible on foot. Mrs. Christine is full of attention. We spent time talking together. Living in Vietnam, I miss our French wineries... and Christine Queen found these famous grape buns! But what happiness!;) I strongly advise you to stay there.

It's a good time.

Thank you to Christine for her warm welcome to her splendid home in the heterosexual decoration but we loved it very much... spacious and comfortable room even though I forgot to close the occult store to sleep.... lol We had two individual beds a little narrow to my taste... very good breakfast with fresh bread and jams growing.. a little yogurt extra would have been welcome or cereals or eggs... at 130€ at night we expected a little more choice.. nevertheless we did well and we'll go back there

God save the Queen

We only visited for one night on our way from Amsterdam to Deauville. We were looking for something funky and we found it! Because we travelled with our 7 month old baby we emailed Christine to ask if we were allowed to stay with babe. She gave us a very warm welcome, we just had to bring our own cot which was fine. It’s not generally a place for kids, more for couples (or maybe friends if you don’t mind sharing a bed, I think all 4 rooms are doubles). 
She gave us glasses for our wine and was super friendly and accommodating. 

The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the shower was great, hot and good pressure. 

Generally the whole b&b is full of amazing stuff and collections. So much to see! Very inspiring. 

A very nice breakfast was served at a time of our own choice. Coffee, fresh oj, organic breads and homemade jams yummmmm. 

Would love to come back here and visit Lille. 

Loved this b&b! 

Christine welcomes her guests with kindness, skill that makes them feel at home in this large and beautiful house. The entrance hall with its mezzanine for breakfast is decorated all in black and white and decorated with very original paintings. Old suitcases complement the decor. Each room is different and very comfortable with its own independent bathroom, the bedding is excellent. The copious breakfast is delicious and Christine is a passionate hostess who talks about her travels with pleasure.

Original and warm

Our hostess has obviously a lot of taste and originality with few means (customized basic Ikea type equipment). Some details a little embarrassing (no toiletries support in the shower for example) but nothing serious compared to the poetry that the house produces. The latter, however, is located on a mid-avenue avenue of Villeneuve d'Ascq, away from the view of the park.

Beautiful guest house, original and aesthetic - just a little bit expensive

After a very warm welcome, you will enter this magnificent mansion located at the gates of Lille with a neat, original and refined decoration that will take you around the world. The rooms are comfortable and very well equipped. The breakfast is rich and varied with homemade jams. A very good address to discover again and again.

A House of Exception

A beautiful palace converted by its owner Christine into a great bed and break, a fun and very cozy decoration, a magnificent outdoor garden and an excellent breakfast. The owner has a charm always waiting for your needs. Well located if you want to avoid the centre of Lille with the metro and restaurants nearby. Excellent quality price. If you want to avoid the chains of these types of sites are perfect.
