The apartment is slightly hip (around a place of yoga practice and an atmosphere of alternatives), but has everything necessary for a short stay, including a small kitchen with a teapot and a couple of pots and pans (nearby is a shop).

For a stag doo was decent tho wooden floor separate rooms.  Looks grim from outside but decent safe area

Berlin is not a good stag doo location tho expensive and didn't feel welcome

We stayed here last week whilst on a sightseeing vacation. The apartment suited us fine as base and place to chill and was opposite the Bernauer Staße U-Bahn station which was awesome as it allowed us to explore the city (the main central station was 2 stops away - 5 minute ride). The bohemian style apartment was extremely cool and made me feel like a local Berliner. Checking in/out was extremely straight forward also. The apartment was clean and well presented although the service charge was a little steep as you are not really paying for any service... But we didn't mind as we found this place an absolute bargain. We would definitely stay here again.

Cool apartment, great location, no problems.

As the title suggests, the location is very central, whether it is a subway stop or a bike shop under the house (if you want to go around the city etc.) a quiet neighborhood full of breweries and restaurants.

It's a great location!

It's not downtown, but it's just a seven-minute walk from the subway, and there's a nice supermarket, and they're a little confused about getting the keys, because they didn't think they needed a phone call, and the apartments are spacious, and there's a hall, a bedroom, a shower, a bathroom and a kitchen.

For 40 euros a night, I would have expected a little more. All the furniture was very worn out and partly a little disgusting. Fortunately, the bed was clean. But it was a bit cumbersome to climb the pod. Then gradually the lights in our bedroom and bathroom went out. Unfortunately, the lady cleaning the rooms didn't speak English or German, so we still didn't have any lights. The situation is good. The subway is outside the door and it's only a few stops to our Alex. Also, we were able to park our luggage in a yoga studio after we checked out.

Very populated

A beautiful hotel in the center of Berlin is a very quiet and cozy place, we had one-room apartments (bedroom and hall), a kitchen with all the kitchen appliances (the plate is also there), a wonderful bathroom, beds can be easily moved, if you want to sleep together - it's simple, you just need to move the mattresses. You just have to keep in mind that they only accept cash, 10 euros - a key deposit, which is then returned, and when you arrive to settle, you need to call the number that is indicated in the reservation. I recommend!

Excellent hotel for budget rest.

We booked this spacious, very central appartment just over Bernauer Strasse U-bahn (3 stops from Alexanderplatz) together with another family, alltogether 4 adults with  3 children. The appartment has four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with a bunk bed. High ceilings, old furniture, as berliner as you can get. The kitchen is well equipped (although no washing machine or Microwave). The living room is comfy with a day bed. On the groundfloor you will find a Yoga centre run by the property owners and you are more than welcome to take part in any of the classes and the meditation sessions they organise daily. They also have a bio organic eatery but it was closed when we visited due to christmas holidays. Next to the U-bahn entrance you can rent a bike from street bikes or from the little store across the street. A little further down the road Brunnerstrasse to the direction of Rosenthalestrasse you will find one of the most traditional puppet theatres that I have ever seen. Also, you are litterally around the corner of Berliner Mauer memorial. With tram M10 you will also approach the centre of the city from the side of Mitte.

Best location and size for families

The apartment is very nice, even though the entrance to the building is horrible (construction). The apartment makes you feel at home, it has a metro station right in front. However, the manager did not release an early entrance even a minute less and did not make it clear that we would have to leave the key inside the apartment. Since we had no contact (via email, whattswapp) it was difficult to get in touch to make this clear. And the manager was ironic as if we were doing a favor!

Well, no early check in

The flat was fine - IKEA style with a view of a lovely courtyard. It is location around the corner from the Berlin wall monument and visitors centre.  The location was good three stops away from Alexanderplatz.  Would visit again and would recommend to friends and family.
