A great little boarding house with everything you need. What I really liked was the cleanliness of the rooms. The bedding smelled very good and fresh. The bathroom was perfectly equipped. Unfortunately, I forgot my toothpaste and the staff got me one right away. Coffee, water, TV in the room. Connection to Cologne is very good. The staff were very friendly. I felt very comfortable and on my next business trip, I already have my place of residence. I can continue to recommend it with good conscience.

The reception is not always occupied, but you can choose the time of arrival by email. The guest house is on the second floor, about 36 steps up. So you should be well on foot. The rooms under the roof are a little small, but enough. Since it gets very hot here in the summer, there is air conditioning. Unfortunately, there are noises as well. Everything was super clean. For the room service there is a coffee machine and a refrigerator. We were greeted in a nice and personal way. The breakfast was in a neighboring building. Here there are still apartments belonging to the hotel. There will be a net parking lot. In the basement of the building there is a restaurant with cones. The hotel is super hospitable and what it eats in its kitchen is great. Here you will have to go to your bed.

Many stairs

After a party at the Bridge Forum in Bonn, we stayed overnight in Upper Castle. A small boarding house very nicely and comfortably furnished. Everything you need in the bathroom from soap over shower gel and foon. Great if you forgot something like me (shower gel). Although it is on the main street, it is very quiet and the rooms are at the back.

Party of the 90s

Even though it has taken a while, I would like to thank Tatjana and Michael and your small team for staying at the Tire Messe in Cologne! We had been looking for our rooms outside of Cologne for budgetary reasons at the time. With the Obekassel Hof we found a very wonderful boarding house that met all the requirements. Besides the family hosts, we enjoyed the new box spring beds and the delicious snitzels below on the Kegelbahn. Secret tip for the Messe Cologne, because in only 35 minutes you are in Deutz by train, it's better not to go!!! Thank you again!

A nice little boarding house with a perfect connection to Messe Cologne

We stayed there for two nights and had a small apartment with three of us. The key was in a safe. Parking is allowed in the parking lot of the adjacent supermarket. This one belongs to the same owner, you can park there during your entire stay. The sign from 6 pm is still an old residue. There was a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast is not served. But there are some bakeries in the vicinity. So many good restaurants. Under the hotel there is a conical railway and bar. We have a fair price to be paid there. Just climb up and down the stairs to the bed 😁 Can highly recommend the hotel!

Quiet and comfortable

Good approaches (coffee and tea in the room, bookshelf in the hallway, good address for the breakfast not included), but still unpleasant. Clogged drainage in the shower, muffled smelling towels, unpleasant bedding, faulty light bulbs. The bill was not issued immediately and then came by mail after about 14 days - against a previous request with a wrong address.

Province of pure

We stayed here for one night and were very impressed. The owner (or manager) was very accommodating and arranged for us to get the key when we arrived (which was very late). The room was big, clean, with all necessary amenities. Very happy with the stay and will stay again when in the area.

Nice place

i took the apartment which was very nice, it was clean, comfortable, fully equipped.

the internet was fast and good. the location was good for me (neasr my business)

the owner was nice and friendly. 

just one thing that the apartment was not in the same location, it was in another building (around 500M away) which i did not know. 

in general it was good stay and i enjoyed it. 

i will be back.

great stay!

Just returned after a 10 night say. Very clean and quiet. We stayed in a newly renovated room, #7 which had 2 beds, large washroom, tv and free wifi. The restaurant in the basement was very good and for the money it served the largest portions from any of the places that we ate at. The location was great. Located 10 minutes walking from the Beta Klinik which is why I was there. Also it is located between 2 train stations which we used all the time.
