Some old hotel, but the price/performance is right. Parking is free and good, although outdoors behind the hotel. Rooms in the back are quieter. Breakfast is good. Friendly staff. I don't know what else to say...

Good middle class

Waited an hour for the food, and the (male) waiters were rude and sarcastic when we asked when our food would arrive. Food was plain and boring. Waiters also made us wait unnecessarily when we asked for the bill. If you like service and good food, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Plain and boring food and rude waiters

We were there with the whole family, 6 adults and 6 children for a family party and we felt very comfortable!! The young families lived in the neighborhood house and the older ones in the main house. The dinner and also the breakfast were tasty and rich.

A great family party.

The hotel for recreation with a restaurant attached we can recommend with good conscience. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in September 2021. Our room was clean and cozy, well and purposefully furnished, we didn't miss anything. There was nothing to be bothered with in the cleanliness! The staff in the service at the hotel and restaurant were friendly, helpful and hospitable. The food offer of the restaurant was good to excellent; it also contained offers with meat from the wild. Very recommended! Should we return to this region, we would love to go back there! Rolf Schröer

Spontaneous short vacation

From the rooms we saw only pictures, it looks very cozy. We've been to the restaurant several times. The food is very good, the staff is very friendly. It's a recommended place. The beer garden is at the back of the building and it's very quiet.

Holidays 2017 resin

What an excellent hotel! Although small it is big on service and the food both in the evening and the next morning at breakfast was excellent. We had some difficulty with language as all menus were in German and the waitress didn't have much english but she went to fetch one of the owners (a delightful lady) who helped translate for us. Rooms were clean and all facilities worked. We paid 87 euros for B&B and it was a bargain. Prices in the restaurant were very reasonable also at around 16 - 20 euros for a main course.

A lovely family run hotel in the middle of a quiet village

We were there for a weekend in the winter - the hotel is on the edge of the City cable car - about 10 to 15 minutes' walk - our own little roller coaster - quite suitable for children. Rooms are excellent, breakfast and a la carte food. free parking. When we were there, the car parks on the cable car were crowded - then you can park at the hotel too - if there is someone who doesn't want to ski and take the transfer.

Even in the winter, all right.

We were very warmly received, the rustic ambience of the room matched the house, the breakfast buffet was lavish, we felt fine, we will definitely return to enjoy a few beautiful days.

Nice, family run hotel.

My group and I went biking in Braunlage in May. The hotel has enough space to accommodate our bikes safely. We were welcomed very warmly and motherly for breakfast in the morning. The hotel has large meadows where we could still chill after riding the bike. The accommodation is standard.

Pure nature with a hearty breakfast!

I was having dinner with my buddies the other day at the retreat, I had a fridge pan and my friends sliced with croquettes, the food was really very tasty and hearty, and Mrs. Corner is really an excellent waiter.
