The Buchener Hof was the perfect location for us. The courtyard is located between the old town and the beautiful bathing area called Hornle. Both are easily accessible on foot. With the wheels freely available to us, we were able to explore the constancy extensively. The parking situation was amazingly good. You can park at the courtyard itself or in the surrounding residential areas where there are partly free parking spaces. The hotel was far ahead of the price-performance ratio, as the clean room and the versatile breakfast left a lasting impression. Our highlight was the bike tour of Buchener Hof to Mainau Island. Great location.

It is located in a quiet area, but it is not so easy to find. Comfortable with the small free indoor parking. The room was large and well organized: night area with extra sofa bed, living room and two large windows, eight light points. Great care of the details even in the bathroom, new and well lit. Good breakfast at buffet. We now come to the weak points: the stairs need modernization and lack the elevator. At the start they added the living tax that had not been calculated in the quote as usually indicated by the hotels: thus the price, already high, has become even more expensive.

Great attention to detail, but dear.

The hotel is located less than 5 minutes from the city centre (on the other side of the North Rheinbrücke Bridge). The hotel managers are very kind: it is easy for me to measure because, not speaking (almost) German, I can tell right away if my interlocutors want to make an effort or not! The neighborhood is very quiet and the rooms are well soundproofed. My room was simple and comfortable. The mattress was a little soft but it depends on a few. There was a separate room for the shower and the toilet. The only drawback for me was the presence of carpet (the allergy sufferers will have something to say about it...). But it was very empty and all the room was clean. The breakfast type was at the hotel's rate and the seating was very clean and the hotel was very salty and the room was very private.

Old-fashioned charm for this very affordable and very well-placed hotel

It's a small, family-friendly city hotel in Konstanz-Petershausen. Very friendly and supportive family. I've been there several times on business trips and I've enjoyed my time at the Buchener Hof every time. The rooms are clean and quiet, the Wi-Fi is stable. The breakfast buffet in the cozy breakfast room is rich and of good quality. The hotel also offers some free parking spaces and has a nice little spa for guests in the basement. My clear recommendation for any Konstanz visitor who doesn't have to live in the old town.

This hotel is conveniently located near the historic center of Constance (Konstanz), and the room is spacious and quiet.

Hotel Well Located Near the Historic City Center

Hotel about 10 minutes from the old town, 5 minutes to Lake Constance. Friendly reception. Family atmosphere. Parking and Wi-Fi free. Unfortunately only 4 parking spaces in the courtyard, but on the street in front of the hotel there are some parking options, otherwise a garage can be rented for 10 EUR. No elevator, when booking, consider which floor to choose if there are problems with climbing stairs. Rooms are large, quiet, clean and well furnished. To shower you have to go into the bathtub, slippery. Minibar is free, but with normal prices. Good breakfast buffet, daily newspapers. Bus stops see about 5 minutes away (e.g.

Very clean and cozy rooms, friendly staff and good service, delicious (smaller) breakfast buffet, very good for a short trip or weekend in Konstanz, within 10 minutes' walk of the old town

Small but fine

Friendly hotel in quiet street of elegant houses close to the Rhine bridge. Small car park behind, or cheap parking on the street outside. Clean and comfortable. English spoken. Not cheap, but Konstanz is an expensive city.

Good location

This hotel is very old, it would be nice to renovate it. We had a double room on the second floor, it was clean and big, but we almost didn't dare to walk around because the floor was screaming all over the place. The staircase had all the neat carpet. Breakfast was also slim for a three-star house. Free parking was great. The center is 20 minutes away.

The hotel is in a quiet area, quite close to the centre, which can be reached with a 15/20 minute walk. The room is quite clean, the bed is not very comfortable. The level is that of discrete family-run pension, the price paid, from a 4-star hotel, is definitely excessive.
