It's a great location that earns him points, near the central station and the fair complex, the reception boys are always there and friendly, no extra details but suitable for those who only need a room for the night, they don't offer breakfast because they don't have the kitchen, but there are bars right nearby.

Good location.

The Easy Hotel in Frankfurt is a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof and the Main River in one direction and the Festhalle in the opposite direction. This is partly why I chose this hotel as I was attending an event at the Festhalle and would need to get to the station the next morning.

It was very cheap to stay at the hotel and I only really needed it to sleep as I was out and about for the rest of the time.

When I arrived the staff were very friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions. I was provided with a wifi code and card to get into my room and to use to operate the lift.

Like I say it was cheap and as a result the room is very basic. I had a double room and the shower was at the end of the bed and there was a sink and toilet in a small alcove. There was very little space to get round the side of the bed on either side and storage space was very limited.

I got a decent night's sleep and I was a little worried I would get disturbed by passing traffic but this was not the case. There are plenty of places nearby to get something to eat including restaurants as well as Rewe for something on the go.

This hotel was definitely a case of you get what you pay for. If you want a grand room with sumptuous facilities then this is not the hotel for you but if you want something cheap and cheerful this is perfect.

Functional

I am disappointed by the management regarding the behaviour regarding the refund of an unclaimed hotel booking! We have booked 4th rooms for a fair visit. The fair has been postponed and the management has simply given the rooms to someone else without warning. The management also refuses to refund even part of the full room amount (€1,760).

Don't book!

We decided to stay here because we had a midnight flight stopover.We were looking for a place near the station that could quickly connect us to the airport but that would allow us to see something of the city.Direct train from the airport to the central station and from it two minutes walk.The room as usual in this small but well-equipped hotel chain; comfortable, very clean.As long as we stay here we are happy to leave.To highlight the kindness of the reception girl; I had a problem with the booking days and without having to get a ticket to the change despite my poor English did everything in my power to understand and help me.

It's always good.

We've already lived in the Easy Hotels network in Brussels. There are more standard rooms. In Frankfurt the simplest room is, of course, very small, 8 meters. And you have to be ready for this. There are no complaints to the hotel. The bed is comfortable with good pillows, there is a window, the bathroom is fully equipped with shampoo. In general, everything is fine, it's just small. And the price is more than pleasant. If you just come to stay overnight, then there's no problem at all. The hotel is not quite in the city center, in terms of walking to the center 20-25 minutes. But walking through the beautiful streets past the skyscrapers is generally good.

It's a good option for a couple nights.

Another micro hotel - meaning small room sizes and little included. Oh and a weird system where the shower door functions also as the toilet door And it’s all glass (with a misted band to disguise the undesirable parts) - so make sure you’re happy for the other person to be so close to you (and in audio and pretty much visual shot of your toilet habits). 
It is in a great central location, close to many sights in Frankfurt BUT with that centrality it is close to where the majority of drug addicts and homeless people are at night. This wasn’t a problem for us as we weren’t alone, naturally walk fast and don’t stay out late but if you’re a party person or solo traveller you may be safer picking a different location further from the hbf station. Once in the hotel it felt very safe with you needing a keycard to use the lift and enter the building. 
Room was clean, had great blackout blinds, Comfy bed, soundproof rooms and had no little shampoo bottles (so a tick box for sustainability!). I knocked points for the location, the fact you have to pay and put a deposit for everything, and that they could improve their sustainability by using refillable soap bottles to avoid the plastic bottles they currently use.

Covid getaway

Very close to the main train station. The rest after the flight was successful - a quiet, clean and fancy big mattress! We slept well before a walk through the city. There are plenty of places to walk on foot.

We liked it.

The hotel is located very close to the central train station, and is also easily accessible to the airport. Therefore, it has a privileged location, close to tourist points and good commercial structure. The hotel is simple but has everything necessary with cleanliness, organization and good care from the staff. The room, although small (even taking the larger option) is organized, clean and modern. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a good price with comfort and excellent location!

Excellent Cost Benefit

You ne to payer for everything in this hotel !!! For extra towels, for 1 hour late check out, for 1 hour early check in 
Drug dealers are everywhere in arround the hotel,it is so dangerous.
No housekeeping every day
Dangerous people living in the hotel and that we met in the escalator we were so afraid !!

A hotel that i dont recommend at all

My husband and I stay here every year because of the location, near the Messe and Haubtbahnhof. The rooms are simple design, the bed is very comfortable and good window closing. This is a budget hotel, yes you pay for extra towels, hair dryer etc. 10$ for early check in is worth it when you arrive early. Staff is very helpful. This time I did find the hotel not as clean as it used to be. The only con is that the area around the Haubtbahnhof is less safe than it used to be, be careful in evenings and nights.
