We spent 5 nights with another couple of friends so they assigned us 2 apartments in separate buildings but only a few meters from each other, so although they were very similar, I scored them separately: The one we occupied assigned an 8.5 because we didn't have curtains at 6 in the morning and the sun was shining on our face.

Very comfortable.

The booking and key handover went smoothly. We called about an hour before arrival and were already expected. On departure we were able to leave the key in the apartment. The situation was as expected. · Overall, the apartment had already gotten very old (furniture damaged, passing mattresses, etc.). For our two dogs we had to pay 60 € cash on arrival, which would have been fine if the apartment had been clean. Unfortunately, the last cleaning was long overdue (dirty floor, brown traces in the toilet, red (blood?-) stains on the heater, etc. Then a charge for dogs is a frog. The water in the shower does not run out, so we have to buy raw raw water first time.

Price-performance coverage does not fit, cleaning underground

The apartments on the 3rd floor are bright, well equipped and very conveniently furnished. The surrounding residential area is relatively new and equipped with a comprehensive infrastructure. There is everything you need for everyday life nearby. The tram station is almost directly in front of the building with direct connection (line 5) to the center.

Apartments 👍 everything fits!

Nice apartment (R5) in very good condition. It's all you need. We give points everywhere. Size, cleanliness all the best. There were even coffee pads, 1 bottle of water and red wine as a welcome. Supermarkets and bakeries nearby. Tram runs out the door. To the city centre it takes 20 minutes if we would book again at any time.

Great apartment in the middle of the city!

Even though all in one bedroom, sitting area, kitchen ,this apartment is spacious, clean, with all the cooking facilities needed.Parking just outside and free during the weekend, wifi free,.Our host showed us the apartment, gave us a map of the city, map of the tram lines, and answered all our questions.We were given a direct line in any case. Dispite the fact that one of the blinds was broken and the strong sun came in, we put a small blanket up and everything was fine. The place is modern, the bed comfortable and huge and even though we have a car, the tram stop is just outside .Overall a great place to stay

Large one room apartment in the city center

The apartment is very nice and easily accessible from the centre of Freiburg by public transport. The area is very comfortable, full of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with Everything you can serve and surrounded by free parking, a great starting point for visiting the city, but also the surrounding villages and Alsace!

Have a great vacation in the city.

The apartment was very well decorated and the area, although quite far from the center, had everything, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.The tram passed very close to the apartment but: In the room it was very hot, there was no air conditioning so we had to sleep with the windows open.We couldn't sleep well, the continuous noises of the cars and the tram passing almost under the windows.The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was very light.It is a pity, with the installation of the air conditioning I think that all these problems would make it a remarkable room.

Beautiful but uncomfortable

The room is very large. The bed is comfortable. There is no noise. The kitchen is very equipped, you don't have to buy anything because there is everything: covers, water heater, pans, pots, etc. Spacious cabinets. The lovely owner, we stayed an hour before she gave me the keys, I arrived a little earlier and less soon after I told her. The best part: the tram station is a minute's walk away. This is not easy in Freiburg. So, don't worry about the central location. On the other hand, being in that location has great advantages as if you rent a car (somewhere in this area of the country) you can park next to the apartment without any problem. The worst part was that we could barely access the room from the bathroom.

The location of the apartment we rented (Stühlinger Street 21) is excellent, a few minutes' walk from the train station and the city centre. Edeka and Penny are also nearby. We had booked the apartment because we did not get a suitable hotel room (Christmas market) and were very satisfied. The reception by a nice young lady was perfectly organized, very friendly and she showed us everything - even took us to the underground garage after she helped us to get the geck to the Apt. The apartment is very modern and wants to bring something right in the shabby quite appealing, everything from handmade spices and senseo-baking machines including pads.
