I arrived at this hotel with high expectations after seeing the booking photos. I was extremely disappointed. Apart from the view of the lake (that very nice for real) the quality of the low beds, shampoo-free bathroom and bathtub (we had to request them), a decidedly embarrassing breakfast, without even a cornetto or any dessert. To this we should add that at breakfast there was not even the table available. All at the Modica figure of 160 euros per night. I stayed in 5 stars across Europe at the lowest prices. Price definitely out of place for the very low quality of the place.

It's beautiful. It's only the lake view.

We had an apartment number two and you have to say more you can't get out of a little room. A whole apartment in one room. It's just great. Kitchen and bathroom are separated by a door from the living room. So you can make food without the slightest odor. We'll definitely be back. Yes, the street is noisy but for that the view is priceless and at night it's quiet. When the windows are closed, you hardly hear anything.

It's dreamy

The house is right on the waterfront, so it can be partially noisy. Our apartment was very spacious, with a huge balcony and direct sea view. There is a private beach area with a few parking spaces in front of the house. Check-in and check-out were absolutely easy.

Great location.

The kitchen is well equipped, friendly and friendly staff. The hotel is located a little out of town, but close to the Bavarian castles. In the summer it is probably especially good here, thanks to the lake and the procedures offered.

A comfortable place for family to live

I stayed at this place for a week in August with my wife and my 4-year-old daughter. It is an apartment complex overlooking the lake of Hopfen am see. The apartment is provided with everything necessary for the main meals, even if we ate out, but if you want you could go shopping and arrange to eat at home. The apartment is quite spacious, has a double room and a living room suitable for sleeping small children, since there are two bed chairs that if you want can be used for children. The apartment was clean and equipped with a very spacious bathroom even if a little glass. Also there is a private bathroom on the ground that you can eat on. The view from the apartment is even if it does not face directly to the lake. There are also other apartments where you can enjoy a nice view of the lake.

Great place to stay.

The view from the balcony is beautiful... but that's unfortunately all. Between the country house and the lake there is a busy road... we had traffic noise from 5:00 in the morning (many trucks) until 2:00 at night, under the apartments there is a restaurant with outdoor seating... unfortunately the photograph of the provider does not show these details and suggests that there is only grass between the house and the lake... unfortunately wrong. We had booked apartment 1.. the equipment in the style of the 60s and not very inviting, the bed is nailed between the wall and the separation and a knob at every move... so we also had from 2 to 5 years old and after 2 days old and knob and knob were removed.

Insomnia instead of rest

We booked two apartments, both very spacious. In the entrance there is a small kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven and all the household appliances necessary to prepare breakfast and meals (boiler, toaster, pan etc.), certainly useful since for breakfast they charge 12.00 € per person! The living area was spacious, with a table for four people and a small living room with the telecomando not working, the wi-fi is present and perfectly functioning. The bathroom is quite large and they provide towels and phonemes, personal hygiene products are not included (except a small toilet paper and the ovary paper).

Good for a short stay

Beautiful view of the lake, clean rooms, cozy, good wifi, if we talk about the price-quality ratio, it's a decent place to relax.

Very pleasant apartments.

The apartments are very comfortable, very clean and quiet, very warm even in winter, friendly and available staff, comfortable for Fussen and the castles, we stayed together, we will definitely return.

That's an excellent position.

Apartment on the 1st floor of a building by a passing road (so noises) but by the lake with a beautiful view. Airplanes booked as a hotel and when we arrived the beds were not made and there were no toilet towels.
