Well, we reserved, we were emailed a moment ago warning that we had to give a justification for staying there, but I didn't read it until the day before the trip, even outside the return deadline. Still, they had no problem returning the money, so at 5 o'clock, my experience with them has been great, I don't know how the site will be, but the uncles are great:)

Very attentive and friendly personal.

Nice hotel on the top of the Reeperbahn, great clean rooms and great mattresses, with the windows closed, you can barely hear the noise from the outside, very friendly staff, anytime.

Nice hotel in top location

The hotel is located in the red zone of St. Pauli, although that does not cause any inconvenience.The room is only for sleeping, it is small, without equipment for so much heat (33 degrees C), the bathroom has the minimum necessary.Without breakfast and regular attention at the reception and room service no one exists.No cleaning, no renewing the soaps and shampoos or towels.The cleanliness of the room is mediocre.The Wifi is acceptable If you can have breakfast very close to a good price.The parking is paid in the area at 15 euros.

A hotel with a minimum but rather good location.

They didn't have a reception until 3:00 p.m., they didn't include the cleaning service (in 3 nights they didn't clean the room), there was never anyone to ask for more soap (we had to buy it ourselves), they didn't change the towels (we used to take them from the hall closet), the very small bathroom and the ugly room, finally, almost 70€ a night for this... well, the location was good.

Regularly, they're going to be regular.

If you want a place to stay central to the main party area this is the place for you. Located just minutes walk for the S Bhan tube line. Rooms are good size and clean but no facilities for changing towels etc over our weekend stay. Reception didn't open to 3pm for check in on day of arrival. Facilities basic but great value for money.

Basic and good value

The hotel is set in a square that looks so grim on arrival (if arriving in the day) If you're coming to Hamburg for a relaxing, luxury city break then cancel and go somewhere else! 
With the hotel, its cheap, but clean & basic. Be aware the 'check in' is actually a bar and doesn't open until 15.00hrs. we were on a room on the top floor ('family room') it had 2 single beds pushed together in one room with a space for clothing, another hanging rail & a TV. The bathroom was basic, but again clean. The other bedroom had 2 fold up single beds  (which my friend did tip out of one night) with a space for clothing and another hanging rail. All the bedding / linen / towels was clean and there was more available if you asked. 
With regards to the other negative reviews I cannot comment on the other rooms, but I would describe this hotel as travel lodge standard. When your going to a place like this, on the drink paying 30-40 quid a night what, in reality are you really expecting?
The staff were friendly and the location was fantastic. There was no safe, we got two sets of keys, I personally had no issues with the wifi, there wasn't a cleaner in every day either.  We took the train directly from the airport to St. Pauli and it was about a 3-4 minute walk to the Hotel. There are so many bars literally on your doorstep, the port is about a 5-8 minute walk away & the train links are fab! For the price & location I couldn't fault it at all. Would recommend.

Basic, But Clean  - get what you pay for!

I spent a night there with my friends. The rooms and bathrooms were top and clean. Unfortunately I found it a little too expensive because it was nothing special, and there were parking fees again to put my car on a piece of lawn. Completely inappropriate! We could have breakfast at the bakery about 200 meters around the corner!

A little too expensive for the night

Stopped here second week in April for me mate’s stag doo. 15 of us went and this was pretty much perfect for what we needed. My reviews are largely based on how much I paid & what I expect from that. Please bare that in mind. 

ROOM: had everything you could of wanted, shower, decent beds, TV, wardrobe etc etc. It wasn’t high quality by any means but I’d say Travelodge standard. 

PRICE: we paid £120.00 a room for a 2 night stay, thurs and Friday. Considering the location it was a great price.

LOCATION: it about 5 minute walk to the reeperbahn and very close to local shops, a train/tube stop and local bars etc. It’s very well located. A good distance to tumble back too after a big one. 

DECOR: for the price it was acceptable, there wasn’t room for improvement but that’d result in the price going up and we only really needed a decent shower and a decently bed so it was ok.

I would come back for the price. Not really suitable for a couple but that’s only because I’d treat me mrs to something better quality. All in all I’d say a 4 star review was fine.

Stag Doo Perfection

The good thing is, it's clean, modern, spacious, with a safe parking space, and in the middle of St. Pauli, but sleep is not to be thought of here, let alone getting it. The noise from the surrounding pubs and the street is hellish.

Oh, who likes it?

The bathroom was also okay, but the individual hair and the old and black silicone rings in the shower were not very inviting. Unfortunately, the volume from a bar downstairs was lacking. Yes, we know where we were and what St. Pauli is like, but you should note this in the booking options so that it is not disappointing afterwards as it is with us. There are rooms in the house with a better location, which have the same price, but you can't find anything if you live in the noisy rooms and can't sleep before 5 p. Unfortunately, the booking portal recommends this as a ridiculous apology to give answers - unfortunately, also to other customers, because I don't want to be disappointed afterwards.
